Digital Space's General Purpose cloud plans start at $5 per month. Starter is $5, Basic $10, Standard $20, Professional $40, Business $80 and Enterprise $160 per month before any deal is applied. Their included transfer allowances are 1 TB, 2 TB, 4 TB, 6 TB, 8 TB and 10 TB respectively. The cloud page places a Launch Instance button with each plan and offers Build Your Own for a custom configuration. That calculator uses selected vCPU, RAM, storage and bandwidth to display an estimated monthly cost, with a Launch Custom VM action. Applicable taxes are additional under the service terms. For the $10 Basic plan, the listed allocation is 2 vCPU, 4 GB RAM and 80 GB SSD.
Digital Space offers discounts of up to 20% for annual commitments. Annual services are prepaid in full unless different payment terms are agreed in writing. The pricing page provides Configure buttons beside individual bare-metal configurations and a Contact Sales route for volume pricing. Annual and fixed-term agreements remain binding for their full term, so the lower commitment price comes with a longer contractual obligation. Early termination can make the remaining contract value payable or incur a charge based on remaining months multiplied by average monthly charges. Cancellation also requires a request through the designated customer portal and written confirmation. For an annual service, submit cancellation notice at least 30 days before the term ends.
Digital Space lists optional cloud services alongside its instance plans. The cloud page's Additional Services section lists managed Kubernetes clusters from $40 per month and a private Container Registry at $5 per month. It also lists Object Storage at $0.02 per GB with a Coming Soon label. General Purpose cloud plans include stated transfer allowances, from 1 TB on Starter to 10 TB on Enterprise. The service terms make the order form's monthly bandwidth allocation relevant to usage charges: bandwidth is measured per service or port and cannot be pooled across services. Excess usage is billed at the applicable overage rate. For the cloud instance itself, Starter includes 1 TB of transfer.
Cancellation requires a customer portal request and written confirmation. Digital Space services renew automatically unless cancelled under its cancellation rules. Annual and fixed-term services require at least 30 days of notice before the term ends, while monthly services require notice before the 15th day of the prior month. These terms cover colocation, cabinet or cage space, power, cooling, bandwidth, cross-connects, IP transit, network access and related infrastructure services. Fixed-term and annual agreements remain binding for their full term, and early termination can create a remaining-balance obligation or an early termination charge. Prepaid fees and promotional credits are non-refundable. For monthly service, schedule the portal request before the 15th of the month preceding cancellation.
Digital Space lists colocation add-ons separately from its rack options. Remote Hands costs $75 per hour, Additional Power is $275 per kW, and Cross-Connect starts at $100 per month. IP Transit starts at $0.50 per Mbps, DDoS Protection starts at $200 per month, and 24/7 Monitoring costs $100 per month. Rack options also include different cross-connect allocations: Quarter Rack includes one, Half Rack includes two, and Full Rack includes four. Digital Space offers tiered partner discounts for MSPs and resellers. Registered has no minimum commitment and lists 5% off, Silver requires $5,000 per month and lists 10% off, and Gold Class requires $20,000 per month and lists 15% off. Digital Space allows resource upgrades and downgrades at any time. Resource changes are prorated on the next billing cycle. Digital Space accepts major credit cards, PayPal, wire transfers and cryptocurrency for qualifying accounts. Unless a written agreement sets different terms, invoices are due within seven days and annual services are prepaid in full. Monthly invoices are issued at the beginning of each billing cycle, and Digital Space can require prepayment. Electronic invoices count as received when transmitted, making the delivery time relevant to the payment deadline.
