Five dedicated server packages cost €40 a month. These packages are marked sold out. Another package costs €45 a month, while two others cost €50 a month; those three are also sold out. The €60-a-month package is marked sold out too. These are package-specific monthly rates, so the lower-priced package must also be available for an order. Applicable VAT is additional to the advertised prices.
LIR packages use different billing periods and carry a one-year commitment. ASN Registration is a one-time €100 charge, while PI Resource Sponsoring and Legacy Resource Sponsoring are each €100 for one year. IPv6 Address Resources cost €60 for one year, and the ASN+IPv6 PA Bundle costs €110 for one year. The IPv4 /24 package is €120 for one month and is marked out of stock. These packages are for use in the RIPE region, with monthly or yearly billing indicated in their descriptions.
Amsterdam 1U colocation costs €50 a month; Vienna 1U colocation costs €100 a month. Contact staff before placing either order. Both packages provide one rack unit, 25TB of traffic at 1Gbit/s and a /29 IPv4 allocation with five usable addresses. The included power allowance differs: Amsterdam has 100W, while Vienna has 75W. The location therefore changes both the monthly charge and the power included in the package. Each location has its own order entry and monthly billing selection.
MyRoot.PW accepts several payment routes, with availability depending on your country. PayPal supports euro payments through credit or debit cards, PayPal balance and linked-account direct debit. Stripe supports euro and US-dollar payments, with cards, EPS, iDeal and SOFORT listed. Transferwise requires a ticket, and local euro cash payments in Vienna also require a ticket. GoCardLess supports euro and pound payments through a bank account or bank transfer. Payoneer is restricted to LIR and managed services.
Put your customer ID in the wire or SEPA transfer reference. In the client area, that ID appears in the Client section above your name. Your current account balance is displayed under your account details in the same section. To spend that balance during checkout, select Apply Balance / Credit. Wire-transfer routes include SEPA/IBAN payments in euros, US transfers in US dollars and UK transfers in pounds.
Give at least 14 days' notice before expiry or renewal, unless your service specifies otherwise. Cancellation is available through email, a support ticket, physical mail or the billing portal. In the account's Services area, select the relevant service, then Manage, Actions and Cancellation Options. Shorter notice periods require the provider's discretion. Leaving an invoice unpaid can lead to suspension or termination, and termination for non-payment still leaves the remaining balance for the current contract period payable.
Refunds are generally unavailable and are granted only at the provider's discretion. European end customers have a separate qualification: applicable European consumer rights and rules for electronic services can amend the relevant agreement provisions. MyRoot.PW operates under Austrian jurisdiction, and Austrian law governs orders and services. A request for different contract clauses or a custom agreement can be submitted through a support ticket before arranging the purchase.
The extra payment is added to your account balance. That credit can pay other MyRoot.PW invoices or services. If you prefer a refund of the accidental duplicate payment, open a support ticket within three working days; that is the deadline for a refund to be provided. The money is returned to the same account it originally came from. Crypto-based payments are non-refundable.
Pending means the payment transaction has not completed; Declined means it was unsuccessful. A pending status can occur with a payment method that is not instant or while the payment processor performs additional fraud controls. Most GoCardLess transactions take three to five days to complete. Approved means the transaction succeeded. Error indicates a processing problem, for which you can retry or open a ticket. Refunded identifies a refund, while Returned is a payment-processor return outside MyRoot.PW's control.
Server delivery is guaranteed within 24 hours and typically takes less than 12 hours. These periods start after email verification, fraud prevention and payment have been completed. Web hosting is usually delivered instantly. Domain registration is instant, while a domain transfer typically takes less than 48 hours. MyRoot.PW completes LIR service delivery in up to one week after receiving all required information and documentation.
