About Capsule & Latest Deals

CRM software for contacts, sales pipelines and projects.

Savings opportunities available through Capsule coupon codes

Capsule sells CRM subscriptions, and this page helps you pay less with Capsule offers and discounts. Start with the Free plan if two users and 250 contacts are enough. Need a paid plan? Annual billing carries a lower displayed rate than monthly billing.

Service categories frequently on promotion

Starter, Growth, Advanced and Ultimate are Capsule's paid plans. Pick the lowest tier that fits your contact count and team. Starter allows 30,000 contacts; Growth raises that to 60,000. The annual billing option is the clearest built-in saving.

Services usually excluded from promo codes

The Free plan is already free, with a two-user and 250-contact limit. Capsule's marketing add-on is listed separately, starting at $11 per month. Do not assume a CRM plan offer also reduces that add-on. Match any offer on this page to the plan named in its terms.

Impact of billing cycle on promotional price

The annual price is displayed per user, per month, but billed for the year in advance. Monthly plans are also paid in advance. Count every active, suspended and pending user when estimating a monthly bill. Extra annual seats are charged for the remaining part of the term.

Promo codes vs. automatically applied offers

Annual billing gives Capsule buyers a saving without a promo code. The offers on this page may provide another route to a lower price. Compare the offer with Capsule's annual rate before choosing a term. Nonprofits should also ask Capsule about its published 30% discount.

Capsule Coupon FAQ

Capsule's subscription fees exclude applicable taxes. The customer is responsible for taxes and other charges imposed on use of the service, alongside the subscription fee. Capsule adds UK VAT at the applicable rate when the customer's place of business is in the UK. For an EU business outside the UK, VAT is excluded only where Capsule is not required to charge it and the customer provides a valid VAT registration number or other proof of business use. The subscription itself is billed monthly or annually in advance, so the fee and any applicable tax form part of that purchase. An invoice billing address can be updated under Account Settings, Account and Plan, Invoices, then Change invoice options.

Capsule prorates additional annual-plan users through the next renewal date. The annual subscription is paid in advance and is calculated from the agreed user count multiplied by the plan price and 12 months. Adding people during that term creates an additional charge for the remaining time, rather than another full year for each new user. Removing people does not reduce the bill for the annual cycle already underway; the lower count takes effect when the billing cycle renews. Capsule reviews annual accounts monthly for additional users, so team changes can affect the amount invoiced during the year. The final month of the 12-month cycle is the time to adjust the plan and user count for the coming year's bill.

Capsule does not include a trial when an existing Free account upgrades to a paid plan. The Free plan supports up to two users and 250 contacts, while a paid subscription introduces charges for the users on the account. Payment starts as soon as card details are entered during the upgrade, rather than after a fresh 14-day period. The Super Administrator changes the plan through Account Settings, then Account and Plan, using Manage Subscription to select the desired tier. Higher-plan features become available immediately on upgrading, and Capsule bases the subscription on the account's user count. A 14-day trial applies to a new account opened on a paid plan, so it is distinct from upgrading an existing Free account.

Capsule accepts Visa, Mastercard and Amex for monthly and annual subscriptions. Visa and Mastercard credit or debit cards are supported, and subscriptions are paid in advance. The payment card must be registered in the customer's name and is subject to the card issuer's validation and authorization checks. The Super Administrator manages the payment method through Account Settings, then Account and Plan, using Change Card to enter replacement details and save the change. Monthly invoice receipts are emailed after successful billing, while copies of previous invoices are available through View Past Invoices. If you contact Capsule about a card or payment, provide only the last four digits of the card rather than emailing the full details.

Capsule does not refund or credit partial subscription periods. Monthly and annual subscriptions are paid in advance, and cancellation ends the recurring billing schedule with immediate effect. The Super Administrator can cancel through Account Settings, then Account and Plan, under the Cancel Account heading. On the cancellation page, all checkboxes must be ticked before proceeding with Cancel account. Cancellation makes the account and its remaining content inaccessible, so an administrator with export rights should download the account data beforehand. The export contains Contacts, Opportunities and Projects in CSV files, while attachments need separate downloads from individual records. The cancellation confirmation email includes a restoration link valid for 14 days.

Capsule subscriptions renew automatically until canceled or terminated. Monthly and annual fees are billed in advance, with the monthly subscription calculated from the user count and the plan price on the billing day. Annual billing uses the agreed user count, the plan price and a 12-month term. Capsule gives at least 30 days' notice before modifying plan fees, and an increase to annual fees takes effect from renewal. Removing users during an annual term does not reduce that term's charge, but the changed count can be reflected in the next billing cycle. Subscription management belongs to the Super Administrator. The final month of an annual cycle allows adjustments to the plan and user count for the next year's bill.

Capsule offers a lower subscription rate when you select annual billing. The annual option is displayed alongside monthly billing on the plan selection page, with the rate expressed per user, per month and billed annually. That monthly equivalent represents a 12-month commitment paid in advance, rather than twelve separate monthly payments. The annual subscription calculation multiplies the agreed number of users by the plan price and 12 months. Existing monthly subscribers can move to annual billing at any point, while moving back to monthly billing is available in the final month of the annual period. The plan selection page labels the discounted billing option Pay Annually and the alternative Pay Monthly.

Capsule allows an annual subscription to switch to monthly billing in its final month. Annual subscriptions are paid in advance, so the change is tied to the end of the existing annual billing period. The Super Administrator handles the change through Account Settings, then Account and Plan, and the Manage Subscription link. From there, select Switch to monthly billing and then Confirm to complete the request. Moving the annual-to-monthly toggle alone does not move the account onto monthly billing. Monthly payments are also taken in advance, with the subscription cost based on the account's users and the plan price on the billing day. The confirmation message You’ve switched to monthly billing! marks a successful change.

Capsule offers nonprofits a 30% discount. Organizations with special requirements can contact Capsule to discuss their needs before committing to a subscription. The paid plans are Starter, Growth, Advanced and Ultimate, and new paid-plan accounts have a 14-day trial. During that trial, your organization can use the selected plan's features and add team members without providing a payment card at signup. That gives the team time to assess the plan before entering payment details to continue. Capsule charges subscriptions by user, so the number of people on the account matters alongside the nonprofit reduction. The nonprofit page includes a Try Free option for starting the 14-day trial.
