Australian web hosting, domains and server hosting with billing discounts and promo offers.

Savings opportunities available through Digital Pacific coupon codes

Digital Pacific sells Australian web hosting, and the offers on this page help you pay less for your hosting order. Personal Basic starts at $8.46 a month with three-year prepayment, against $13.01 on monthly billing. The prepaid total is $304.63.

Eligible products and services

Service categories frequently on promotion

New hosting orders get the headline promotions. Digital Pacific offers 25% off Premium Hosting and 10% off Virtual Server and WordPress Hosting plans. These are limited-time, plan-specific offers.

Services usually excluded from promo codes

The advertised hosting promotions cover the first invoice on new plans. Later invoices fall outside those first-invoice discounts.

Factors influencing the final discount value

Impact of billing cycle on promotional price

Longer prepayment lowers the hosting price. Personal, Business and Premium Hosting offer savings of 16% for one year, 25% for two years and 35% for three years. Month-to-month billing is also available.

Promo codes vs. automatically applied offers

Term savings are built into the hosting prices for each billing cycle. Digital Pacific also publishes promo codes for separate product deals. A billing-cycle saving and a promo-code offer are different routes to a lower price.

Digital Pacific Discount FAQs

Personal Standard is the Personal Hosting option for WordPress. It includes databases, while Personal Basic is intended for static HTML websites. Standard costs $16.89 on month-to-month billing, $170.17 for one year, $303.88 for two years or $395.03 for three years. The corresponding prepaid monthly rates are $14.18, $12.66 and $10.97. Digital Pacific allows movement up or down its personal plans without a penalty, and upgrades have no waiting period.
Business Standard costs $295.79 for one year, equivalent to $24.65 a month. Monthly billing costs $29.35. A two-year order costs $528.21, equivalent to $22.01 a month, while three years costs $686.66, equivalent to $19.07 a month. Business Standard is the plan marked Most Popular in the Business Hosting range. Business plans allow upgrades and downgrades at any time, with instant activation and no added cost for the plan-change process.
Premium Advanced costs $1,255.12 for one year, $2,241.31 for two years or $2,913.69 for three years. Month-to-month billing costs $124.52. The prepaid options work out to $104.59, $93.39 and $80.94 a month respectively. Premium Advanced includes cPanel and free SSL certificates through AutoSSL, so those inclusions do not require a separate certificate purchase. Premium Hosting accounts activate instantly, and the service allows upgrades or downgrades without a penalty.
The server model and billing term must fit the promotion. Digital Pacific's advertised Intel Dedicated Server deals are restricted to the m620 and m630 models on new orders. The 15% offer applies to monthly, quarterly and semi-annual billing; the 30% offer applies to annual billing. Both reduce the first invoice and are available for a limited time. A different server model or a billing term outside the selected promotion's eligibility does not qualify for that offer.
Eligible Personal and Business shared hosting orders have a 30-day money-back window. Reseller Hosting has the same window. The period begins when the service first becomes active, including any free-trial period. Refunds require a request to the billing team within 30 days of cancellation; they are not automatic. Previous refund recipients are ineligible. Digital Pacific also excludes anyone who “has not been a customer in the past 90 days” from its money-back guarantees.
VPS and Cloud Hosting have a 10-day money-back guarantee for the base product. Dedicated Servers have the same window, excluding setup fees and custom solutions. Paid extras such as monthly management, RAM upgrades and CPU upgrades fall outside the guarantee. SSL certificates and domain registrations, transfers and renewals are also excluded. Those extras remain separate purchases for refund purposes, even when they are ordered alongside a hosting service covered by a money-back window.
You can manage a credit card and switch your default payment method to BPAY in the Client Area. To replace the card on file, open Billing, select Manage Credit Card, enter the replacement details and save the changes. The default payment setting is managed separately: open the menu at the top right, select Edit Account Details, then select the Payment Method and save. The card details and default payment choice have separate controls.
Select end-of-billing-period cancellation in the Client Area. Open Services, find the relevant service, select Options and View Details, then Request Cancellation. The form asks for a reason and offers immediate cancellation or cancellation at the end of the billing period. Digital Pacific sends an acceptance email and displays a banner on the service summary afterward. Cancellation has no additional fee, and removing hosting also takes down the email and addon or parked domains that depend on it.
Yes. Existing hosting customers can order an upgrade through the Client Area. Open Active Services, select the Options icon for the account, then choose Upgrade. Select the required Upgrade Option and continue to the payment page. After payment, the service should be upgraded within five minutes. The upgrade process covers Personal, Business, Professional and Reseller Hosting; customers with no displayed upgrade options can contact Digital Pacific's Solutions team for help with the plan change.
Disable the domain's Auto Renewal Status in the Client Area. Open Domains, select the Options icon for the domain, then open Auto Renewal Status and toggle it off. A registered domain cannot be cancelled immediately like a hosting service. With auto-renew disabled, Digital Pacific stops automatically generating its renewal invoice. Registrar expiry reminders still arrive, and manual renewal remains available. The domain can instead be allowed to expire at the end of its registration.
