Yes. Dyjix's consumer VPS, VPN, web hosting, domain and FTTH prices include VAT. These consumer offers use tax-inclusive pricing, so the advertised amount already includes the tax rather than adding it to that figure. Business services use a different presentation: colocation, IP transit, ASN services and FTTO are priced excluding VAT. Each price carries its applicable tax label, and the distinction follows the service being ordered rather than a single pricing convention for every Dyjix product.
Dyjix VPS purchases do not carry a contractual withdrawal window. Paying accepts immediate performance of the service, and the withdrawal restriction covers both the first month’s rental and renewals. Ordering a VPS means accepting the general Dyjix conditions together with the VPS-specific conditions. Where those contracts conflict, the VPS-specific conditions take precedence. The purchase rents server resources; ownership of the host server and its virtual servers stays with Dyjix.
You can request reimbursement if the VPS has not been delivered within 72 hours. Delivery depends on supplying correct personal information, and Dyjix can request proof of identity. The reimbursement goes back through the original payment method. The delivered rental includes resources limited to the offer you bought. Dyjix maintains the host infrastructure and provides technical assistance for host-related problems, while customers administer their rented VPS.
Yes. Dyjix rentals renew tacitly at their due date. A saved card used for automatic debiting can be charged when the next invoice is issued, and that debit is non-refundable under the general rental conditions. For VPS rentals, payment of the renewal invoice is also tied to continued data availability. If the invoice is unpaid at the product's due date, Dyjix no longer guarantees that the data remains available, even while the product is marked suspended.
Dyjix's recurring-payment arrangements include saved credit cards through Stripe and PayPal subscriptions. The PayPal subscription needs its own cancellation when you terminate the service; cancelling the rented product does not remove your responsibility for stopping that automatic payment. Transactions caused by forgetting to cancel the PayPal subscription are not refundable. Student hosting is restricted to study-related projects. A website on Dyjix's student programme must contain material connected with the student's studies, rather than unrelated content. Dyjix carries out recurring checks of participating websites and can immediately remove hosting whose content is unrelated to those studies. The web hosting conditions also exclude using the account for backup storage or using its databases for game servers. Student eligibility does not replace those underlying hosting-use conditions.
The larger shared hosting plans cost €1.79, €2.29 and €5.99 per month. These are the Web 2, Web 3 and Web 4 plans respectively. Web 2 includes 15 GB of storage, five databases and ten mail accounts; Web 3 includes 50 GB, seven databases and twenty mail accounts.
