Request the refund through a Dashboard support ticket and complete the cancellation form within that window. Yearly hosting, upgrades, accounts using free migration and accounts exceeding 1 GB of bandwidth are ineligible. Domains, servers, email hosting, SSL certificates and add-ons are excluded. Setup charges and any included domain's list price are deducted. Approved refunds return to the original payment card and can take ten business days.

Bank transfers can be arranged at Ecenica's discretion for service fees greater than £100 or the equivalent in another currency. Transfer-funded services start after cleared funds arrive. Submit a cancellation ticket through the Ecenica Dashboard and complete the confirmation form before renewal. Shared hosting requires seven days' advance notice; cloud hosting, VPS and dedicated servers require thirty days. In the Dashboard, open Support, Contact support, then Billing, and identify the service being cancelled. Requests by email, live chat or social media are not accepted. Cancellation partway through a billing period does not receive a pro-rata refund. Cancelling also permanently removes the cancelled service's hosted data.
