The Start, Grow, Scale and Pro promotion covers new packages on annual, biennial and triennial contracts, including contracts paid monthly. Rolling one-month contracts, upgrades and renewals are excluded from this particular offer. Its discount applies to the hosting subscription rather than separately purchased extras, such as domain registrations. Both new and existing accounts qualify, with different offer prices available for each. The Web Hosting plan cards show the introductory period alongside the subsequent monthly charge, so the promotion has a defined duration. Fasthosts Dedicated Servers are excluded from the 30-day money-back guarantee. Covered packages include Start, Grow, Scale and Pro, and the guarantee applies across their contract types. Each customer can claim it once for one account only. Additional or optional services, including upgrades, downgrades and product transfers, fall outside its coverage. Domain registration costs are excluded, and a refund is reduced by the list price of the selected domain extension. A cancellation request must reach the cancellation team within 30 days of the initial order. The request needs the account holder's full name, Fasthosts account number, email address, telephone number and reason for cancellation. Fasthosts loyalty discounts cannot be combined with another promotion unless stated otherwise. The same default rule limits each service package to one in-contract discount. A loyalty offer belongs to the particular package identified in its email or control panel communication and cannot move to a different service. Accepting it leaves the existing contract term and cancellation provisions in place. The reduction applies to the next invoice issued after acceptance, rather than to invoices already issued, and VAT is added at the prevailing rate. It lasts for the period specified in the offer communication, after which the package returns to its standard contractual pricing. Fasthosts requires at least 30 days' notice before renewal for services with a minimum contract term. Your order confirmation establishes the service period, so monthly payments should be read alongside the contract length you purchased. Unless the confirmation specifies otherwise, the minimum term is 12 months, with automatic renewal for a further term matching the initial one. Services without a minimum term can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Fasthosts issues written confirmation when it accepts the cancellation request; acceptance depends on that confirmation.
