Shared Pro is R155 monthly, R465 quarterly, R930 for six months or R1,705 annually. Plus includes 5GB of storage and 125 mailboxes; Pro includes 10GB and 250 mailboxes. Upgrades to the next package or package group are charged pro rata for the remainder of the month.
Power Basic starts at R85 a month. Power Plus costs R145 monthly and Power Pro costs R235 monthly, with yearly-purchase discounts available across the range. Basic and Plus each include twice the CPU power shown for the standard offering; Pro includes three times the CPU power. Storage rises from 2GB on Basic to 5GB on Plus and 10GB on Pro. Yes. Email Hosting is a separate purchase for email at your own domain, without a website hosting package. Email Basic costs R30 monthly for 1GB of storage and 10 mailboxes. Email Plus costs R70 for 5GB and 50 mailboxes; Email Pro costs R125 for 10GB and 100 mailboxes. Yearly purchases receive a discount. The email packages include SSL certificates, aliases, auto responders, and spam and virus protection within their hosting charge.
New-account charges are prorated to fit the billing cycle. That cycle runs from the first to the last day of the month, and accounts are prepaid. Available account terms include monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual and two-year billing. Payment is due by the seventh of the service month or seven days after receipt of an invoice for a new account. Usage beyond the package's base allowance is billed the following month alongside the coming month's base charge.
Request it within 60 days of signing up for an eligible service. Log in to the Client Portal and submit a Support Ticket naming the service you want to cancel and requesting a refund. iStartCloud then contacts you for the information needed to process it. Eligible direct services include Email Hosting, Shared Hosting, WordPress Hosting, Business Hosting, DNS Hosting and CDN Services. Third-party products and services fall outside this guarantee, so the coverage follows the specific service purchased.
Domains, commercial SSL certificates and VPS Hosting are outside the guarantee. Domain exclusions include registration, transfers, renewals and privacy. Software and traffic overusage are also excluded, and any resource overusage is calculated before the final refund settlement. Annual and two-year service payments are not refunded when cancellation notice arrives after the guarantee period. Overusage remains payable even when you cancel an otherwise eligible hosting service and request money back.
PayFast, PayPal and Bank EFT are accepted payment methods. PayFast supports payment in ZAR; PayPal options include USD, EUR, AUD and NZD. A debit-order facility is also available without an iStartCloud facility charge, although your bank's charges remain payable. Setting it up requires an accepted Debit Order Authority Document and a valid copy of your ID. Debit-order dates fall between the first and fifth of the month, and a failed or rejected debit order carries a minimum R12 charge.
Give 30 days' notice on the first day of the service month. Cancellation requests must be written and can be sent by email, fax or post, with company letterhead and a separate signed copy of the account holder's ID. iStartCloud acknowledges the cancellation by email. Notice submitted in the middle of a service month still results in billing for a full notice month. Charges for terminating accounts are not prorated, so the notice date affects the final bill.
A domain used for an earlier signup cannot be signed up again later with another promotional code. Discounts and promotion codes are reserved for first-time accounts or first-time customers. Accounts that breach this restriction are reviewed by the sales department, and the appropriate invoices will be added to the hosting account. Promotional abuse can also lead to suspension or termination.
