Kikoff’s Credit Account uses a twelve-month plan term with the fee billed monthly. The starting Credit Service totals $60 over that term, paid as $5 monthly payments. The initial term begins when the account opens and ends on its twelve-month anniversary. Unless automatic renewal is disabled before the term ends, another twelve-month term follows. Turning off renewal keeps the current account open and leaves amounts already due payable. An upgrade or downgrade starts a fresh twelve-month cycle from the change, and the remaining time from the previous plan does not carry over.

Special promotion conditions can be additional to, or different from, the account’s standard terms. The account remains subject to monthly billing statements that record purchases, payments, credits, fees, and other charges during the billing cycle. Each statement includes the Previous Balance and New Balance, together with the Minimum Payment Due and Payment Due Date. Any delinquent portion appears as Amount Past Due. Your required payment is at least the statement’s Minimum Payment Due, received by its Payment Due Date, even when a purchase involves a promotion.
Kikoff Credit Account plans are billed monthly over a twelve-month term, with any promotional conditions set by the individual offer. Basic Plan’s standard charge is $5 monthly, and the starting Credit Service totals $60 across twelve months. Monthly billing spreads the subscription payments across the account’s plan term. The first term runs from account opening to its twelve-month anniversary. Another term begins automatically unless renewal is switched off before the current term finishes. Turning that setting off prevents the following term while leaving the current account and amounts already due in place. The renewal setting is available through account settings.
Your Kikoff Credit Account plan renews automatically unless you disable renewal before the current term ends. Turning off Kikoff automatic renewal prevents the next plan term but does not immediately close your Credit Account. The setting also leaves amounts already due intact, so it has a different effect from account closure. You can cancel or close the account at any time by emailing support@kikoff.com. After closure, the Credit Account Agreement still requires payment of amounts owed and performance of its remaining conditions. Purchases through the account must stop once it has been cancelled or closed. For renewal control, Kikoff provides an account-settings option, and the app’s plan settings include Turn off Auto-Renewal. That setting concerns the end of the current term.
Upgrading your Kikoff plan restarts the twelve-month cycle, while promotional conditions remain specific to the offer. Plan changes are available directly in the Kikoff app through the profile icon at the top left and Kikoff (Plan Name). The remaining time on the previous plan does not carry over to the new cycle. Your next statement displays the new account balance and monthly payment associated with the change. Changes are limited to once per statement cycle. A later downgrade requires at least one payment after the upgrade, and it cannot take place before the next statement period with payments up to date.
Kikoff allows downgrades in the app once the statement-period and payment conditions are met. After an upgrade, you must make at least one payment before moving to a lower plan. A downgrade must wait until the next statement period, and payments must be up to date. Only one plan change is permitted in each statement cycle. The profile icon leads to Kikoff (Plan Name), where the plan can be changed. Moving down starts a new twelve-month cycle on the change date, without carrying forward unused time from the previous plan. The following statement shows the revised balance and monthly payment; special promotion terms still govern the offer.
Kikoff Credit Account accepts credit, debit, and prepaid cards, with promotion-specific conditions governed by the individual offer. Bank transfers and ACH payments are not supported for this account. To add a payment account in the app, the route is Home, the profile icon at the top left, Linked Accounts, then Add account at the bottom. A linked card cannot be removed until a replacement card has been added and designated as the payment method. Once that replacement is set, the original card can be removed. Banks may charge their own insufficient-fund or overdraft fees, and credit cards may accrue interest independently of the Kikoff plan.

The same controls let you change the autopay payment method and the date on which payment is scheduled. Autopay manages recurring payments; any special promotional conditions belong to the individual offer under the Credit Account Agreement. Billing statements record payments and credits as well as purchases and charges. The statement’s Minimum Payment Due must reach Kikoff by the Payment Due Date, so a change to autopay does not remove the payment obligation.
Kikoff’s 45-day money-back guarantee requires completed cancellation within 45 days of the first purchase and is limited to one use per person.
