Your account returns to five free payments per month. The free allowance refills at the beginning of each month, so an expired paid license changes how many payments the gateway can handle. If those free payments run out before the next refill, the cryptocurrency payment option disappears from your shop's payment page. It appears again when more free payments become available. A paid license removes that monthly transaction limit for its active period.
Additional domain licenses cost $10 each per year. The bulk form lets you buy several licenses together, including when renewing a group of licenses. Enter the domain URLs exactly as they appear in each plugin's account information, with one domain per line in the Domains field.
