Standard MyServer coupons apply to the initial purchase. They do not reduce the renewal or recurring price. Services bill automatically until you notify MyServer that you want to cancel, using the payment information held on your account. Annual and longer-term plans receive at least 30 days’ notice before a price change is charged. The recurring invoice therefore needs its own budget; an initial coupon discount does not establish a permanent renewal rate.
FastCloud Plus costs $69.99 a year, while FastCloud Turbo costs $99.99 a year. Their monthly options cost $6.99 and $9.99 respectively. Plus covers four websites; Turbo covers five, so the number of sites changes which paid package fits the order. MyServer allows hosting upgrades and downgrades without downtime or service interruption. You can start with the smaller paid package and move to another plan when your hosting requirements change.
Standard coupons are reserved for first-time accounts or first-time customers. MyServer also has separately advertised offers for existing customers, so eligibility depends on the specific promotion. Its offers catalogue is labelled 2021 and includes lifetime hosting and transfer promotions for new and existing customers, plus a cloud/dedicated promotion for new customers only. Those older listings need current approval from MyServer sales before purchase; they should not be treated as an automatic exception to the standard coupon restrictions.
Reusing a previously registered domain with another coupon is restricted. Opening another account for that same domain does not create fresh coupon eligibility. MyServer can review an order that breaks its coupon policy and add the appropriate charges to the account. Coupon abuse can also lead to suspension or termination. A returning customer needs an offer expressly allowing their order, rather than a first-time discount attached to a newly opened account.
Get the applicable refund window confirmed in writing before ordering. MyServer has conflicting refund windows: seven days for shared hosting, a discretionary 30 days for first-time eligible hosting accounts, and 45 days for managed shared, VPS and reseller hosting under its service terms. Services purchased at a reduced fee or on promotion are excluded under the refund policy. A discounted purchase therefore needs explicit refund eligibility, rather than relying on the general hosting guarantee.
Paid hosting extras and hosting renewals are excluded from refunds. Domain-registration charges associated with a hosting package are also excluded under the refund policy. A promotional free domain has its standard price deducted when the associated service is cancelled. If the refund cannot cover that domain price, the customer must pay the difference to keep the domain or forfeit it. Services suspended or terminated for cause are ineligible, and the same service cannot receive more than one refund.
Credit-card and PayPal purchases may be refunded to the original payment source. Eligible Bitcoin deposits through Bitpay can also be refunded, while deposits through BTCPay cannot. Unless you request otherwise, MyServer credits refunds to your account balance; purchases made with account funds can only return as account credit. Refunds are processed in US dollars, processing fees are deducted, and exchange-rate changes between purchase and refund remain the customer’s responsibility.
Listed service fees exclude applicable taxes. Tax is added to the invoice as a separate charge, and hosting is paid in advance for the selected service period. Payments go first toward the oldest outstanding invoice on the account. MyServer does not activate new orders or packages while an outstanding balance remains. An invoice unpaid for more than ten days after its due date can lead to suspension or termination, with access restored only after payment is received.
Submit the online cancellation form and retain the email confirmation. MyServer requires written cancellation and confirms the completed cancellation with a ticket or tracking number after the necessary information is confirmed. Shared and reseller cancellations take effect on the renewal date; dedicated and VPS cancellations take effect immediately. Fees accrued before cancellation remain payable. Files, email and account data may be removed immediately and permanently when the cancellation request is processed.
New domain registrations may qualify for a discretionary refund when cancellation is processed within 72 hours for a valid reason. Registry restrictions can prevent that refund. Premium domains are non-refundable, and an unsuccessful domain transfer returns the fee as account credit. Domain renewals are billed and renewed 30 days before the renewal date. Cancellation requires a billing support ticket at least 30 days ahead, and a domain that has already renewed is non-refundable.
