The automatic renewal payment attempt happens 21 days before the service expires. If automatic renewal is activated within those final 21 days, the attempt happens within 24 hours of activation. A reminder accompanies the proforma invoice 28 days before expiry and goes to the contact email in the account's personal details. The charge includes applicable VAT. If the first payment attempt fails, Netsons can try again on subsequent days using the same selected payment method.
The Shared Hosting introductory discount requires annual billing and payment in advance. The discounted monthly figure is an equivalent rate for that prepaid year, rather than a monthly instalment offer. No. Transferring your domain away before the hosting service expires does not qualify for a refund for the unused period. If the transfer finishes before the service expiry date, the hosting contract ends when the transfer procedure is completed. Otherwise, the contract ends on its original expiry date. Ending the contract disables access to the service, so website files and associated mailbox contents must be copied before the contract ends.
