Those plan-specific renewal totals distinguish the published annual rates from a separate introductory promotion whose price ends after its first term.
Basic offers discounted quarterly, six-month, two-year and three-year terms alongside annual billing. Quarterly costs $4.50 per term, and six months costs $9.00. Biennial billing costs $36.00 per term; triennial billing costs $54.00. Each of those four options carries a displayed 40% saving in Basic's configuration screen. The order summary separates the hosting charge, one-time setup, product add-ons and domain charge, so optional services have their own line items alongside the selected hosting term.
Only when the promotion explicitly permits it. Nakroteck's general promotional conditions prohibit combining promotions without that permission. Signing up for a promotional service also accepts the main Terms of Service and any supplementary documents for that service. The free-domain promotion attaches its domain to the associated web hosting package as the primary domain. Shared hosting requires at least 12 months; VPS and dedicated server packages require at least three months. Domain registration must happen within the first week of the billing cycle. Only the specified domain extensions qualify. Economy, Deluxe and Platinum identify eligible annual plans for the first-year domain benefit; Basic marks that benefit as not included. All four annual WordPress plans mark free-domain eligibility.
You keep the domain for its remaining registration period, but a registration fee is deducted from any applicable hosting refund. That fee is typically $10.50 USD. The domain becomes a normally billed service when its complimentary period ends. After cancelling the associated hosting, you can renew the domain, transfer it or let it expire. Cancelling the domain itself requires disabling its auto-renewal or contacting the Billing Department. Hosting cancellation does not surrender domain ownership.

The main service agreement covers Nakro Technology Limited's hosting products, domain registrations, SSL certificates and related functionality.
Eligible initial shared and WordPress hosting orders are refundable within 24 hours of activation; VPS and dedicated servers have a 48-hour window. The same policy separately lists eligibility expiry after three days for shared hosting and five days for servers, so the shorter service-specific windows are the safest request deadlines. Setup fees, domain registrations, add-ons, third-party products and renewal payments are excluded from the initial-order guarantee. Refund and billing requests go through the Billing Department or a Client Dashboard support ticket.
Use the payment methods enabled on your invoice. Mobile Money requires approving the phone prompt; Paystack supports its available card or Mobile Money options, and Stripe supports card payments. PayPal is available when enabled for that invoice. Bank transfers need the invoice number as their reference. Payments can start from Client Area > Invoices or the invoice email's payment link. If a completed payment still shows unpaid after 10 minutes, submit a ticket with the invoice number and payment reference.
Submit the cancellation before the renewal date through your Client Dashboard or a Billing Department support ticket. Services renew automatically unless cancelled. Immediate cancellation suspends the service straight away and schedules its data for deletion. Next Due Date cancellation keeps it active through the current billing period, then suspends it and deletes the data shortly afterward. For a renewed product, a full refund applies only before the new billing term begins; cancellation within 30 days of renewal may receive a partial refund minus the first month's cost.
