No. The free-domain offer covers the first term only; renewal uses the domain renewal price. A domain expires one year after registration, and additional registration years can be added at any time. After expiry, the domain enters a 30-day grace period in which normal one-year renewal charges apply. It can move into redemption without notice, where the renewal fee exceeds $250. Renewing the domain before expiry avoids that redemption charge.

Naxsol's homepage advertises free migration, while its cancellation conditions attach this restriction to that service. Paid migration has a separate cost: assistance with migrating a website is charged at Rs. 5,000 under the migration policy. A discounted or free Naxsol domain carries a transfer-out charge if you later move it to another provider. That charge equals the domain renewal fee. For a domain obtained through an offer, migration also requires payment of the full domain amount and the current year's charges. You request the EPP transfer authorization through a support ticket. Naxsol releases that authorization after the due fee is paid, so payment is part of completing the transfer.
VPS and dedicated-server purchases are non-refundable. Those services also require 30 days' notice for cancellation. Reseller hosting has a separate refund arrangement: cancelling within the first 30 days returns half of the reseller fee, while cancellation after that period gives no refund on the current charge. A reseller bills its own customers directly; Naxsol bills the reseller for domain names and hosting space. The reseller then sets the charges for its customers and services.
