Yes. A service keeps the partner rate earned when it was ordered for as long as you keep it. Moving up a tier improves the rate on subsequent orders; moving down changes only subsequent orders. Tier changes take effect on the first day of the month after the revenue assessment. For resellers, canceling a service and ordering a substantially equivalent one again within 60 days preserves the original rate rather than replacing it with a newly earned discount.
Every server series qualifies for a 12-month lock. Express, Edge, Edge Pro, Bandwidth, Compute and Compute Pro also qualify for 24 or 36 months; Memory and Accelerator are limited to one year. Price Lock requires a verified consumer or business account and a signed agreement sent after the order. The fixed-rate period starts when that agreement is executed. Payments continue monthly, with no prepayment, and the agreement sets the conditions for ending the commitment early.
Yes. Resellers and Volume Partners lock their price after the partner discount, so a Silver partner fixes the Silver rate. Additional storage, bandwidth tiers and IP space ordered during the term lock at their price on the day they are added. An upgraded server configuration takes current pricing and can receive a fresh lock. Downgrading ends the lock on the original configuration. For an existing server, sales or the account manager can send the agreement for that service.
The checkout total is shown excluding VAT. Dutch customers pay Dutch VAT, while EU businesses with a valid VAT number receive reverse-charge treatment. Customers outside the EU and customers buying from the US entity fall outside that VAT scope. The invoice identifies the applicable treatment and includes the seller, billing address, line items, VAT and total. Euro invoices come from Netrouting B.V.; dollar invoices come from Netrouting, Inc. Business billing details include the company name and VAT number.

Yes, for a stock item that misses the one-business-day shipping commitment. That deployment guarantee refunds the associated setup fee in full; ordinary setup fees are otherwise non-refundable. Custom items have an individually quoted completion deadline. Other missed service commitments can produce a credit against the next invoice, with the credit amount and claim window defined in the service contract. A credit request starts with a portal ticket referencing the incident, followed by a review of its timeline.

Request cancellation for the individual service under Orders in the customer portal. The default contractual notice period is at least 30 days before the initial or renewal term ends, unless the Service Order Form specifies otherwise. Contracts renew for periods equal to the initial term; an order without a stated initial term defaults to one month. Monthly renewal invoices are generated seven days before the current billing period ends. Monthly plans have no exit fees.
