Yes, eligible new customers get a seven-day satisfaction guarantee. It covers the first month's fee on a standard configuration when the service does not meet expectations, with the request due within seven days of delivery. The guarantee is available only once per customer. Custom configurations and managed services are excluded. Setup fees become non-refundable once the service is provisioned, so the refundable hosting payment and the installation charge have different treatment.
Yes, yearly billing qualifies for a pro-rata refund of remaining full months. This covers Micro Servers and yearly-discounted plans, with applicable setup fees and non-refundable charges deducted. Partial months are outside that calculation. Monthly billing follows a different rule: the unused portion of the current month is not refunded. Domain registration and LIR sponsorship payments have their own exclusions, rather than following the annual server rental refund calculation.
Give at least 30 days' written notice. DreamServer accepts cancellation through the client area or by email to contact@dreamserver.ro, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. After termination, there is a seven-calendar-day window to retrieve data by restoring the service. Once that window ends, customer data is permanently and securely deleted from DreamServer's systems. The notice deadline comes before the subscription's end date.
Bank transfer, credit or debit card, and PayPal are accepted. Bank transfers can be made in EUR or RON. Website prices exclude VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise, and prices are denominated in EUR unless the order form specifies another currency. Romanian VAT applies to customers without a valid intra-community VAT number. A valid EU VAT number from a member state other than Romania qualifies for the reverse-charge mechanism. Dedicated-server access credentials and out-of-band management details are delivered by email after provisioning.
No, domain payments are non-refundable once registration or renewal is completed. Domain orders are processed within 24 hours, subject to registry availability and validation requirements. DreamServer handles registration, renewal and management of .ro domains as an accredited RoTLD registrar, and other extensions through partner registries. A domain is a separate registered product, rather than a rented server configuration; the annual server refund calculation does not apply to a completed domain registration or renewal.
Renewal invoices arrive electronically by email at least seven days before the due date. Services are paid in advance. At seven days overdue, DreamServer sends a payment reminder; at 14 days overdue, it may suspend the affected service while preserving data during suspension. At 30 days overdue, it may terminate services and permanently delete associated account data. Non-payment termination carries no refund, so an unpaid renewal follows a different process from a written cancellation request.
