In Settings, open Subscription as an Admin user and select annual billing under Payment Type. The Billing Summary on the right lists the selected plan, payment type, add-ons and individual product prices. Although that summary includes a monthly total, the annual payment cycle is paid upfront rather than through twelve monthly charges. Annual billing continues on the selected cycle until it is changed in the payment section. Cancelling or downgrading does not refund an annual advance payment. The Billing Summary identifies whether the selected payment type is annual or monthly.
Repricer collects applicable taxes in addition to its quoted subscription prices. Published prices exclude VAT, GST and similar sales taxes, and customers must provide accurate tax information. On the Subscription page, Payment Details requests your billing address, including country and postcode, and a VAT number for EU customers. Your company's registered country is also recorded in Company Settings and is relevant to VAT charges on invoices. A subscription discount and the tax information attached to your business are separate parts of the purchase. Repricer invoices include your billing address, purchased products, company VAT number and invoice total. To enter the company VAT number shown on invoices, go to Settings, then Company Settings, then General, and use the VAT Number field.
Repricer offers a subscription saving when you select annual billing. You can choose annual or monthly payments from your account rather than treating the monthly equivalent as the payment schedule. An Admin user can open Settings, then Subscription, and find the Payment Type section. Select annual billing there, alongside the Repricer plan and any add-ons you want to purchase. The Billing Summary lists the selected payment type and the individual product prices, with a monthly total at the bottom. Annual subscriptions are paid in advance and continue on that cycle until changed in the payment section. For a record of the completed purchase, View receipt history includes a Period entry identifying monthly or annual billing.
Your Repricer account shows the selected subscription before paid activation. Activating a subscription after the trial requires a chosen plan, completed payment information, a valid payment method and payment of the activation amount. As an Admin user, go to Settings and then Subscription to choose the plan and payment type. The Payment Details section collects your contact name, address, phone number, applicable VAT number and card details. Repricer accepts Visa, Mastercard and Amex through this subscription screen. The summary on the right lists your products, selected plans, billing type and add-ons, with individual prices and a monthly total. The section is labelled Billing Summary and distinguishes annual billing from monthly billing.
Repricer does not refund customer cancellations or downgrades, including annual advance payments. Cancelling a discounted subscription therefore ends future service according to the notice rules rather than returning the amount already paid. Written notice must reach Repricer at least 14 days before your next billing date to prevent another charge. If notice arrives within that 14-day period, another billing period is charged and service continues until that period ends. You can submit written cancellation notice within the product or email support@repricer.com. An Admin user can find the next billing date through Settings, Subscription, then View receipt history. That screen displays the next billing date in blue at the top, giving you the date needed for the 14-day notice deadline.
Repricer requires payment to activate a subscription after its free trial. The trial lasts 14 days and starts without a credit card, so you can set up the account before selecting a paid plan. To continue after the trial, you must complete the payment information, provide a valid payment method, choose a subscription and pay the activation amount. Those steps take place in the payment section of the service. The Subscription page lets an Admin user choose the plan and annual or monthly billing, then enter card and billing details. Its Billing Summary lists the selected products, payment type and add-ons. The registration form's Start my free trial button begins the 14-day trial without requiring card details.
Repricer can change or end a promotional discount at renewal. Promotional discounts are discretionary and can be amended, supplemented or cancelled without notice, including when the change affects the recurring card charge.
