About ScreenPal & Latest Deals

Screen recording, video editing and hosting software.

Savings opportunities available through ScreenPal coupon codes

ScreenPal sells screen recording, video editing and hosting plans; this page helps you pay less with current offers and promo codes. Start with the free plan if its 15-minute recording limit fits. Need longer recordings? Compare the Deluxe and Max deals here before upgrading.

Service categories frequently on promotion

Solo Deluxe, Solo Max and Team Business are the main paid plans to compare. Deluxe is the lower-cost route to unlimited recording and the full video editor. Max adds ScreenPal AI; buy that tier only if you need those paid tools. Educators also have separate Solo Edu and Team Education pricing.

Services usually excluded from promo codes

A Solo discount does not establish a Team or Education discount. ScreenPal prices Team Business per creator, with a three-creator minimum. Match the offer to your exact plan and billing term before checkout.

Impact of billing cycle on promotional price

The annual price is the value play. As of October 2026, ScreenPal lists Deluxe at $4 per month and Max at $10 per month when paid annually; Team Business is $8 per user per month, paid annually. Monthly subscriptions are available for Solo and Team Business, but their prices appear after you select a plan. Paid subscriptions renew unless you opt out or cancel in time.

Promo codes vs. automatically applied offers

Compare a ScreenPal promo code with the annual price already displayed on the plans page. An offer on this page may have its own eligible plan or term, so use the lower total shown at checkout. ScreenPal says a recurring discount can remain active on future invoices when it is a forever coupon; do not assume every offer recurs.

ScreenPal Coupon FAQ

ScreenPal refunds unused subscription time only when a refund is legally required in your region. Cancelling an annual subscription leaves your paid benefits available until the end of the year you already purchased. Its terms exclude prorated refunds for unused days except where local law requires them, so cancellation and reimbursement are separate matters. At the end of the current billing cycle, the account is automatically downgraded to the free plan. A cancellation request must arrive at least one full calendar day before renewal to prevent the next subscription period's charge. If your region requires a refund for early cancellation, ScreenPal directs you to contact support by email. The address given for that legally required refund request is support@screenpal.com.

Cancel your discounted ScreenPal subscription at least one full calendar day before its next renewal. Requests received later take effect in the following subscription period, while paid features remain available through the period already purchased. In your account, open Settings, select Plan & Billing, then click Modify under Plan Details. On the Modify Plan page, select Cancel My Plan and then Turn off Auto-Renewal. ScreenPal saves that change immediately and displays a confirmation message at the top of the page. When the paid subscription expires, your account switches to the free plan. The Dates column under Plan Details shows when your subscription will expire after cancellation. That column gives the end of your remaining paid access.

A ScreenPal Team Business deal requires at least three creators. The subscription is priced per user, so its advertised monthly equivalent applies to each creator rather than the whole organization. In the Team purchase form, the Creators selection sits with the billing choices under Plan Terms. Team Business includes Max features plus collaboration tools, team management, advanced integrations, ownership transfer, and SSO including SAML. Your Team administrator can add more creators through account settings after purchase. People who only view or interact with shared content are separate from the creators included in the subscription. ScreenPal places no limit on those viewers, including people outside your team. The minimum to enter when planning a Team Business purchase is three creators.

ScreenPal renews recurring subscriptions at the applicable fee for the next subscription period. Automatic renewals continue for periods equal in length to the initial subscription unless recurring payments are stopped. ScreenPal charges the payment method associated with the account, together with any applicable sales or similar taxes. An annual Solo purchase form describes a yearly charge until cancellation, so its monthly equivalent does not change the renewal interval. If ScreenPal changes its subscription fees, it sends advance notice to the email address associated with your account before the change takes effect. These renewal conditions matter when planning beyond the period purchased with an offer. To prevent the next charge, cancellation must arrive at least one full calendar day before renewal.

A discounted ScreenPal Max subscription includes ScreenPal AI and the Max plan's additional tools. Max includes the Deluxe features alongside automatic captions and transcriptions, AI text-to-speech narration, an AI video generator, premium stock assets, and unlimited quizzes and polls. The annual Solo Max checkout displays a one-year term and a single annual payment rather than twelve separate monthly purchases. Those features distinguish Max from Deluxe when comparing the offers on this page for your recording and editing work. A Solo subscription works across supported devices for the person who owns the subscription; multiple creators belong on a Team plan. To reach the Solo Max purchase form, the pricing page's button is Get Max.

ScreenPal Solo Deluxe costs $48 for one year with annual billing. The displayed $4 monthly rate represents that annual payment rather than a monthly charge. In checkout, the plan is named Solo Deluxe, the term is 1 Year, and Billed Now shows $48.00. The annual option displays a $48 saving against monthly billing, and all amounts are in USD. Deluxe includes unlimited recording, unlimited video hosting and sharing, the full video editor, interactive video storyboards, AI speech-to-text captions, and standard stock media. The subscription renews yearly until cancellation, subject to ScreenPal's subscription terms and notice of fee changes. For the annual purchase, the relevant checkout selection is Annual under Plan Terms.

ScreenPal offers discounted annual billing alongside monthly subscriptions for Solo plans and Team Business. The annual option purchases a complete year, while the monthly option uses a monthly subscription period. On the purchase form, Annual and Monthly appear under Plan Terms, with the selected term reflected in the order summary. ScreenPal displays an annual saving on the Solo Deluxe, Solo Max, and Team Business checkout forms. The amount due follows the billing term rather than the monthly equivalent used to present annual pricing. Cancellation leaves paid benefits available through the subscription period already purchased, so an annual purchase continues through that paid year. The checkout's Term and Billed Now entries distinguish the commitment from its monthly equivalent.

You can use ScreenPal's free plan before purchasing a discounted paid subscription. The free plan is listed at $0 per month and remains free forever, rather than requiring an annual paid purchase. Its recorder allows up to 15 minutes per recording, and it includes easy video editing, screenshot editing and sharing, and webcam background blur. Paid Deluxe adds unlimited recording, the full video editor, interactive video storyboards, AI speech-to-text captions, and standard stock media. Max adds further AI tools, premium stock assets, and unlimited quizzes and polls. ScreenPal allows an upgrade at any time, so the paid purchase can follow your use of the free tools. The free recorder's specific recording limit is 15 minutes per video.

ScreenPal offers separate education plans for individuals and teams. Its education pricing covers K–12 and higher education, with Solo Deluxe Edu, Solo Max Edu, and Team Education listed separately. The individual plans show annual billing at $3 per month for Deluxe Edu and $6 per month for Max Edu. Team Education is listed at $3 per user per month, paid annually, and starts at ten creators. Deluxe Edu includes unlimited recording and the full video editor, while Max Edu adds ScreenPal AI, premium stock assets, and unlimited quizzes and polls. Team Education adds collaboration and team management to the Max Edu features. Individual buyers can open the education purchase forms using Get Deluxe Edu or Get Max Edu.

The ScreenPal plan, billing term, and creator count identify the purchase you are comparing with a coupon offer. Solo Deluxe and Solo Max are individual subscriptions, while Team Business supports multiple creators and starts at three. Under Plan Terms, the Solo and Team Business purchase forms offer Annual and Monthly selections. Annual purchases cover a full year, even though pricing is also expressed as a monthly equivalent. ScreenPal's Solo subscription can be used on multiple supported devices by its owner, so extra personal devices do not mean extra creators. A team with several people creating content needs a Team subscription instead. The purchase summary separates Plan, Pricing, Term, and Billed Now, giving you the named plan and payment period together.
