CreateStudio's Standard, Platinum and All Access plans include a commercial use license. These rights let you create videos and sell them to business clients. Each plan includes unlimited video exports, so the commercial license accompanies the video output rather than a fixed number of exports. Standard includes the base selection of characters, templates and video resources, while Platinum expands that selection and All Access includes the full collection. The license option and payment method are part of the order form, where you can change order details before submitting your purchase. Monthly and annual subscriptions require an active subscription for software access. The plan comparison lists Commercial use license under all three named plans.
CreateStudio offers a full refund when you contact support within 14 days of purchase. The guarantee allows you to request your money back for any reason, so the refund request does not depend on a particular software fault. Refund requests go through the CreateStudio support desk, and the terms also provide support@createstudio.com as a contact address. The license fee is refunded when you withdraw from the agreement, and you can no longer use the software afterward. Your invoice arrives by email immediately after the transaction, giving you a record of the purchase associated with your request. The deadline for contacting CreateStudio about a full purchase refund is 14 days from purchase.
You can cancel your CreateStudio All Access subscription from the app or Billing Portal. Membership termination takes effect from the next payment date, with membership services available until then. CreateStudio offers a 14-day All Access trial through its free-trial signup page. The trial includes every feature and asset, plus 750 AI credits for trying the AI tools. Select Start Free Trial on that page to begin signup for the downloadable Windows or Mac desktop app. The trial automatically becomes an All Access monthly subscription at $47 per month on day 15. Cancelling within the trial period avoids charges, so the free period has a defined end rather than continuing indefinitely. The app's documented cancellation route is Settings, then Your Subscription, then Cancel Subscription. Day 15 is the first automatic billing day for this particular trial offer.
CreateStudio's Standard, Platinum and All Access subscriptions each include two device installations. The installation allowance is listed for both monthly and annual versions of those plans. Inside the app, Settings leads to Installations Manager, which displays active installations and the operating system used on each computer. To replace a computer, remove its installation with the X button beside that device, then download and install CreateStudio on the replacement. The Migration Tool transfers local settings and resources to the new device. If the previous computer is no longer accessible, CreateStudio directs you to support for help removing the installation. The X button beside the old computer is the specific control for freeing that installation.
CreateStudio's annual subscriptions cost less than twelve payments at the corresponding monthly rates. Standard is $199 per year or $27 per month, Platinum is $249 per year or $37 per month, and All Access is $299 per year or $47 per month. Annual billing purchases a yearly subscription, while monthly billing purchases a monthly subscription. Access to the software requires the subscription to remain active under either term. CreateStudio accepts PayPal for subscription purchases. Visa and Mastercard credit cards are also accepted, and CreateStudio charges exclusively in US dollars. The payment method is selected on the order form before you submit the purchase. For a credit card denominated in another currency, the payment amount is converted to USD using the day's exchange rate. If selecting PayPal leaves the payment page unable to continue because a popup was blocked, CreateStudio documents a browser permission step for that situation. Open the blocked-popup icon in the top-right corner, allow the blocked payment popup, and save the change with Done. That permission allows the PayPal login screen to appear so the purchase can continue.
CreateStudio does not refund the unused portion of a month already paid for All Access membership. This membership rule applies to unused time after cancellation; the software purchase has a separate 14-day money-back guarantee. All Access membership termination takes effect from the next payment date, and membership services remain available until that date. The app's cancellation route is Settings, then Your Subscription, then Cancel Subscription. When membership expires, access to premium assets such as characters, effects and templates ends.
