Time tracking, billing and project management for service teams.

Savings opportunities available through TMetric coupon codes

TMetric sells time tracking subscriptions for service teams that track billable hours, billing rates and project margins. Annual billing offers savings of up to 20% compared with monthly billing. Larger workspaces qualify for automatic volume discounts, beginning at 5% for 40 users. Nonprofit, educational and government institutions can contact TMetric about special pricing. The Free plan supports up to 2 seats, while a fully featured 14-day trial lets a team evaluate the paid features before subscribing. These routes address different purchase needs: billing frequency, team size, institutional eligibility and starting without a paid subscription.

Eligible products and services

Service categories frequently on promotion

Professional and Business are TMetric's two paid subscription choices in the purchase guide. Both can be selected with monthly or annual payment frequency, and the workspace owner chooses the team size before entering billing and payment information. Subscription fees depend on the plan, reserved number of users and subscription term. Volume savings follow the workspace's user count and appear when the buyer proceeds to the payment gateway. Separate workspaces can have separate subscriptions. TMetric also offers assistance with consolidated billing, with discounts dependent on volume criteria or eligibility as a nonprofit, educational or government institution.

Services usually excluded from promo codes

Taxes sit outside TMetric's quoted subscription fees: VAT and other applicable taxes depend on the buyer's jurisdiction. Extra seats are another separate payment when a team expands during an active subscription. Their invoice covers the remaining portion of the current billing period. Moving to a cheaper plan or reducing users does not create a right to a refund, and a downgrade does not compensate for unused days. Each workspace has its own subscription, so billing can be managed separately or consolidated with assistance from TMetric. These components affect the total alongside the chosen plan and term.

Factors influencing the final discount value

Impact of billing cycle on promotional price

Annual billing is TMetric's advertised route to save up to 20% against monthly billing. The workspace owner can change an existing monthly subscription to annual through Subscription, Overview and Switch Billing Period. Choosing Annually and continuing produces an invoice of zero for that change; the annual subscription invoice arrives when the month ends. Automatic billing can be enabled for renewal and disabled later. TMetric may change plans or fees after the current term with 30 calendar days' written notice. The buyer can unsubscribe or change the subscription during that notice period if the revised terms do not suit.

Promo codes vs. automatically applied offers

TMetric applies qualifying volume discounts automatically at the payment gateway. The published tiers are 5% for at least 40 users, 10% for at least 100, 15% for at least 200 and 20% for at least 500. Institutional savings follow a different route: nonprofit, educational and government buyers contact TMetric to establish eligibility for special pricing. Annual billing is selected as the payment frequency during plan selection. The offers on this page can be considered alongside those documented routes, with the subscription choice based on team size, plan and billing term before billing and payment information is entered.

Accessing active codes for TMetric

The workspace owner starts a TMetric purchase on the Subscription page. On Overview, Upgrade Plan opens All Plans, where the owner chooses team size, monthly or annual payment frequency, and Business or Professional. Billing and payment information follow those choices, with Place Order completing the purchase request. Qualifying volume discounts appear automatically when proceeding to the payment gateway. Institutional buyers contact TMetric to discuss eligibility for special pricing for nonprofit, educational and government institutions before purchasing. Until the order finishes processing, the workspace remains on the Free plan rather than the selected paid subscription. Scroll up for the current TMetric offers.

TMetric Discount FAQs

TMetric applies its volume discount automatically when you proceed to the payment gateway. The discount starts at 5% for a workspace with 40 or more users, with higher tiers for larger teams. The workspace owner initiates the purchase from Subscription and chooses Upgrade Plan on Overview. All Plans is where the owner selects the team size, payment frequency and paid plan before entering billing and payment information. Those choices determine the subscription fee, including the reserved number of users. The gateway applies the qualifying reduction during that purchase flow. For subscriptions across multiple workspaces, TMetric offers help with consolidated billing and evaluates discounts against its volume criteria.

TMetric's volume discounts cover workspaces with at least 40 users, with larger reductions at higher user counts. A workspace with 40 or more users receives 5%, while 100 or more qualifies for 10%. The next thresholds are 15% for 200 or more users and 20% for 500 or more users. These reductions are applied when the purchase reaches the payment gateway. Team size is chosen on All Plans along with the billing frequency and Business or Professional subscription. A workspace owner also needs a paid seat even when only monitoring employees. The reserved user count, selected plan and subscription term together determine the fee to which the volume reduction applies.

Yes, TMetric lets workspace owners switch monthly subscriptions to annual billing, which offers savings of up to 20%. The subscription controls sit on the Overview tab of the Subscription page. Switch Billing Period opens the billing choice, where the owner selects Annually and clicks Continue. The invoice for this switch equals zero, and an annual subscription invoice follows when the monthly period ends. Change Billing Period is also available through Settings. Only the workspace owner can modify the subscription, including its billing period. The change follows the existing monthly term rather than requiring a new workspace, so the annual billing arrangement begins through the subscription already being managed.

Contact TMetric to establish eligibility for its special pricing for nonprofit, educational and government institutions. This route depends on institutional eligibility rather than the automatic volume thresholds used for large workspaces. TMetric also provides assistance when several workspaces need consolidated billing, and institutional discounts may apply in that situation. Each workspace can otherwise be subscribed and paid for separately. The workspace owner handles the subscription purchase and chooses the number of seats, billing frequency and paid plan. Payment information is entered after those selections. The institutional pricing request belongs with TMetric's contact team, which handles the eligibility enquiry before the buyer commits to the subscription purchase.

Yes, a TMetric workspace owner can purchase a subscription during the trial or when it ends. A new signup creates a workspace with a 14-day trial subscription, while an invitation to someone else's workspace does not create one. The trial includes the features available in Business and Professional and allows an unlimited number of users. Remaining trial days are visible at the bottom of the screen and on Subscription. Purchasing uses Upgrade Plan on Overview, followed by team size, payment frequency and the chosen paid plan. Billing and payment details complete the order information. Until processing finishes, the workspace uses the Free plan, with the paid subscription taking effect after approval.

TMetric allows its 14-day trial to be extended for another 7 days if more evaluation time is needed. Trial access includes Business and Professional features, with unlimited users available during the evaluation. A trial is available only to users registered for less than 14 days; a later new workspace starts on Free. At the end of the trial, the owner must buy a subscription or select the Free plan. Until that choice is made, the owner sees only Subscription and employees can use the Free features. Remaining trial time appears in the application and on Subscription. The extension gives additional evaluation time before the owner selects a paid plan and billing frequency.

TMetric's subscription refund windows are 30 days for annual purchases and 7 days for monthly purchases. A refund request for an order processed by the payment provider goes through that provider's account or through TMetric. Reducing the number of users or switching to a cheaper plan does not establish a right to a refund. A downgrade also preserves the original subscription lifetime rather than extending it. In the downgrade workflow, Settings leads to Change Plan, where the owner can reduce Total Seats or choose Professional. Continuing redirects the owner to the gateway with a zero-value order. That plan adjustment does not compensate unused days; a purchase refund is handled as a separate request within the applicable window.

Cancel the TMetric plan through Subscription settings to end it after the current subscription period. The owner opens Settings and selects Cancel Plan, then confirms the cancellation in the dialog. The current plan continues until the subscription expires, when the workspace switches to Free. Automatic billing can also be disabled at any time under the subscription renewal terms. Renewal notifications go to the billing email address provided during checkout. Canceling does not prevent a later new subscription through an upgrade. A move to a cheaper plan or fewer users is a different action and does not confer refund eligibility, so the cancellation workflow determines when the existing paid subscription ends.

TMetric bills additional seats for the remaining portion of the current billing period, and volume eligibility follows workspace size. The workspace owner opens Subscription and clicks Add Seats on Overview. In the dialog, the plus sign increases the number of users required; Add Seats confirms the change. The owner then goes to the payment gateway to pay for the extra seats. The resulting invoice calculates those seats against the remaining term. Published volume thresholds start at 40 users, with additional tiers at 100, 200 and 500. Only the workspace owner can modify the subscription. Adding capacity therefore uses the existing subscription controls and its remaining billing period rather than starting an unrelated subscription.

TMetric lets workspace owners upgrade a subscription without moving its term, paying the difference for the change. The upgrade controls are available while using a trial, Free or Professional plan. On Subscription, Overview contains Upgrade Plan, which opens All Plans. The owner chooses Business or Professional as appropriate and continues with the order. Once approved, the workspace updates automatically to the chosen subscription. The service fee depends on the selected plan, reserved users and subscription term, so an upgrade changes the plan component of that calculation. Downgrading is handled separately through Settings and Change Plan, and neither a cheaper plan nor fewer users creates refund entitlement for the existing subscription.
