Partial-performance refunds use an 80% grading and authentication fee share and a 20% labelling and encapsulation share. Refundable delivery costs are limited to the least expensive delivery method offered. An eligible refund returns the price paid through the original payment method, subject to those deductions. Unposted submissions can be cancelled through the submission dashboard.

Those label fees are separate from grading and appear on the final invoice when applicable.
