Yes. DuoPlus supports discount-code redemption for cloud-phone renewals, so redemption is available beyond the initial purchase. The renewal purchase identifies the existing cloud phones and the subscription duration being bought. Subscription Startup renewals also accept a coupon code, with the startup subscriptions selected separately from the cloud phones. A device renewal and a startup-service renewal are distinct purchases, each with its own selected resources and term.
DuoPlus supports 7-, 30-, 90-, 180- and 360-day durations for these purchases. Cloud-phone purchase and renewal options use these terms, and Subscription Startup purchases and renewals support the same duration choices. The default duration is 30 days. A cloud-phone order also selects the device quantity and operating-system version, while a Subscription Startup order selects its own quantity. Each subscription purchases the chosen service for its selected duration.
Only when DuoPlus expressly allows it in writing. Otherwise, different promotions cannot be combined. DuoPlus promotions can have their own conditions, including staged availability and quantity limits, so a promotional purchase follows the rules attached to that offer. A separately negotiated service agreement can take precedence over the general agreement where they conflict. Combining savings therefore requires permission in the applicable written offer or agreement, rather than simply having two discounts available.
Yes. The advertised free trial provides one cloud phone for 30 days and 30 minutes of temporary startup time at no charge. The trial is claimed through the DuoPlus dashboard. A trial subscription selected under DuoPlus's subscription terms automatically becomes the corresponding paid subscription when its trial period ends, with payment deducted from the payment account. The selected trial offer determines the applicable period and the corresponding subscription plan.

The window lets you select Balance or Cash Payment, then complete the transaction with Renew Now. No. A cloud-phone instance cannot be refunded once purchased after entering the backend and creating the cloud phone. The refund agreement covers cloud-phone service bought online, offline or through another mutually confirmed method. Your purchased service content and quantity determine the service rights you receive. Cash Payment supports WeChat, Alipay and PayPal. Balance Payment deducts the purchase cost from your DuoPlus balance without a transaction fee on that purchase. Single balance top-ups below 100 carry a fee, and cash payments below 100 also carry a transaction fee. Yes. New users receive free Temporary Startup time when purchasing their first cloud phone; the purchase page determines the amount granted. Available free time is consumed before a purchased Temporary Startup Plan. If neither is available or sufficient, startup fees are deducted from the DuoPlus account balance. Temporary Startup Plan consumption begins after a phone successfully starts and ends when it powers off, so the first-purchase benefit pays toward starting the device.
Cancel at least three days before the service expires. Some payment methods process the next subscription charge 72 hours before the next period starts. In the DuoPlus client, open Cost Center or Proxy, select Auto-Renewal and turn off the renewal service. Once disabled, the service stops renewing automatically at expiry. The displayed status can update with a delay; the authorization status held by the payment method takes precedence.
