An expired licence stops access to updates and support, and premium features are disabled automatically, leaving the limited free features available. Renewal restores the paid licence coverage. For an annual customer, keeping the licence current therefore covers both continued premium access and the developer's ongoing updates, rather than purchasing another plugin installation.
Yes. A lifetime licence is a one-time purchase for ongoing use, while an annual licence requires renewal. ACPT offers the lifetime route to customers who do not want recurring licence renewals. Yes. ACPT lets you upgrade from a one-site licence to a higher plan by paying only the difference between the purchased plan and the higher tier. This is an upgrade offer for an existing licence holder, with the amount tied to the two plans involved, rather than a second full-price licence purchase.
The regional discount depends on your country's Purchasing Power Parity group. India, Pakistan and Turkey receive 60%; Romania, Ukraine and Indonesia receive 50%, as do Poland, Bulgaria and South Africa. Greece, Brazil and Mexico receive 40%. Spain, Italy and Singapore receive 20%. ACPT groups countries by purchasing power, so the percentage belongs to the country's assigned group rather than to a particular profession or WordPress project.
ACPT's advertised guarantee is 30 days, but contractual refunds have a conditional 14-day window. Under that narrower window, refunds are discretionary and require an installation or basic-function problem plus an attempt to resolve it through a support ticket. Missing features, third-party software conflicts and simply deciding not to use the plugin are excluded. Request written confirmation of the applicable guarantee before purchasing; these two refund promises have different conditions.
