Yes, within the first 30 days for virtual hosting and eligible VPS tariffs, with objective reasons identifying service shortcomings. The VPS coverage is limited to start-power, bigmem, fast and Bare Smart XL; other VPS tariffs are non-refundable. Simply disliking the service or wanting more disk space does not qualify. Refunds return to the original funding details, payment-system fees are deducted, and processing takes at least 14 working days. Anonymous, prepaid or hard-to-identify payments, e-currency exchange payments and partner-program funds cannot be returned. Agreement violations or excess traffic at month-end can also prevent balance refunds.
A short payment delay may be arranged through a Billing ticket. The request needs to identify the service, explain the reason and give the planned payment date.
