Professional costs $139 a year for two sites; Enterprise costs $299 a year for ten. The licence tier also changes which paid add-ons are included in your purchase. Professional bundles 51+ premium add-ons, including Gift Membership and PDF Creator. Enterprise bundles 56+ and adds Online Courses, Social Community, Group Membership and Member Network Site. Standard covers one site with 36+ premium add-ons, so those additional purchases can affect which edition costs less overall.
Lifetime Professional costs $379, and lifetime Enterprise costs $599. Both include lifetime updates and three years of premium support, with two-site and ten-site licensing respectively. Lifetime access lasts for ARMember's production cycle, until production ends or the agreement is terminated. The company reserves the right to change licensing terms and duration. Professional includes its Standard bundle plus 15 add-ons; Enterprise adds another five, including WooCommerce Discount.
Annual subscriptions renew automatically every 12 months at the purchased plan price. ARMember charges the original payment method for the applicable renewal fee unless the subscription is cancelled before its renewal date. Continued subscription benefits include plugin updates and premium support. Renewal reminder emails are sent ahead of the charge, but a missing reminder does not stop the scheduled payment, including when an email is filtered into spam or has a delivery problem.
Cancel through My Account, then My Subscription, then Cancel Subscription before the renewal date. Automatic renewal can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation keeps the licence and subscription benefits active until the current billing period ends; it stops future renewal charges. Annual billing otherwise continues on its scheduled cycle. A cancellation made during the paid period therefore leaves the remaining access available, rather than ending the subscription benefits immediately when the cancellation is submitted.
Annual plan upgrades use prorated pricing within the first six months. After that, minimum upgrade fees apply: $25 from Standard to Professional, $80 from Professional to Enterprise, and $100 from Standard to Enterprise. These are minimum fees rather than a single fixed upgrade price for every purchase. The timing of the upgrade changes the charging rule, and the selected destination edition determines which minimum applies. Upgrade payments are not eligible for refunds.
Yes, a refund can be requested within 14 days if ARMember does not meet your needs. Submit a support ticket with the order information. Requests after that window cannot be processed. Repeat purchases and products previously refunded are excluded, and unauthorized file sharing or bulk downloads also make a request ineligible. Technical difficulties can be taken to support for assistance. Auto-renewal payments are excluded from the money-back coverage, so the first-purchase window does not cover later subscription charges.
Add-on refunds depend on the main plugin licence's eligibility, while the Setup & Installation Service is non-refundable once setup has started. Related add-on requests can be reviewed case by case while the main licence remains inside its refund window and qualifies for a refund. Once that main licence is outside the window, separately purchased add-ons also become ineligible, regardless of their own purchase dates. Buying an add-on later does not start a separate refund period.

The receipt goes to the email address entered for the order. A summary separates the subtotal, tax and total.
