Renewal charges use ASVhost's then-current service rates. Services are paid in advance, and the agreement automatically renews for the same duration as the original term. Registering with a credit or debit card authorizes charges on subsequent payment dates. An invoiced account must pay the amount shown by the invoice deadline. Changes to the card, billing address or other payment details that prevent a charge must be reported before the next payment date, with an alternative payment method provided.
ASVhost accepts PayPal, Payza, Payoneer, Bitcoin and WebMoney. Debit and credit cards can be used through PayPal. A paid hosting account activates only after payment arrives, and VPS setup is instant on receipt unless stock has run out. Accurate billing information helps avoid delays during fraud screening. After payment, the setup email can be found in the spam or junk folder if it has not reached the inbox; sent emails are also available in the Client Area.
You can request a full hosting refund within fourteen days if you are dissatisfied, subject to ASVhost's approval. Refund decisions are made case by case and remain at management's discretion. The refund policy covers ASVhost hosting services only; suspended or terminated services are ineligible. After that window, payments are non-refundable. An eligible refund request goes through a separate Client Area support ticket, because automated cancellation requests are not individually reviewed as refund requests.
Yes. ASVhost offers a VPS/VDS trial server for up to one day, requested through a support ticket. First, register on the website and place an unpaid order for the tariff plan you want. The order requires a VPS selection and a payment-method selection, followed by Complete Order, without sending payment. Then open the ticket requesting the trial server and explain what you intend to use it for. The trial follows this request process rather than starting with a paid subscription.
Request cancellation in the Client Area and cancel any separate payment-processor subscription too. Under Services > My Services, open the relevant product, then Management Actions > Request Cancellation. Enter a reason and select immediate cancellation or cancellation at the end of the term. The latter keeps the service until the billing period expires and stops further service billing. Termination notice takes effect five days after receipt. ASVhost cannot control processor subscriptions or prevent them from sending payments after service cancellation.

Yes. ASVhost can request identity documents for cryptocurrency payments. A transaction judged suspicious can be suspended while a passport or identity-card copy is requested for authentication. Inaccurate, outdated or incomplete customer information can trigger a correction request, transaction restrictions or account action. ASVhost may refuse to complete a transaction until identity verification finishes, or restrict transactions while more time is needed. Payments associated with suspected money laundering, terrorist financing or other suspicious activity can result in termination without renewal or a refund.
