Yes. The Linux shared-hosting plans advertise the same purchase and renewal cost. Linux Starter is $1.09 a month, while Linux Business is $5.93 a month against a displayed regular price of $6.59. The same-cost renewal label accompanies all three Linux shared plans. Service prices, software licensing costs and related charges can still be revised, and continued promotional pricing depends on service viability and supplier pricing conditions. Third-party licensing fees can change without prior written notice.
WordPress Starter costs $1.49 a month. WordPress Standard is $5.49 a month, and WordPress Business is $9.89 a month. Starter covers one WordPress website, Standard covers up to five, and Business covers up to ten, so the number of sites changes which paid tier fits the order. All three include a free domain, free SSL and free migration assistance. Free plugins and themes are also included, rather than listed as separate purchases in these packages.
All six Linux VPS tiers display reduced prices. Lite costs $12.74 a month against $14.99, Basic costs $16.99 against $19.99, and Standard costs $21.24 against $24.99. Yes, eligible hosting purchases have a 30-day money-back window. Refund eligibility is limited to first-time accounts, and the hosting service must specifically include the guarantee. A customer who previously held an account and reactivates it does not qualify; opening an additional account also does not qualify. Accounts terminated for violations of the Terms of Service or Acceptable Usage Policy are not entitled to refunds. Refund and billing queries go to the Billing Department through a Client Area ticket.
Dedicated servers, self-managed VPS and cloud servers are non-refundable. Domain registrations and transfers are also outside money-back coverage. The exclusion extends to SSL certificates, dedicated IP orders, licensed add-ons and control panel licences. Setup fees cannot be refunded either. Additional over-usage charges are outside coverage too. A claim about an overcharge has a separate submission deadline: it must be raised within 30 days of the disputed transaction.
bodHOST accepts PayPal, bank wire transfer, and debit or credit cards through 2Checkout. All charges are shown in USD, and payment must be made in USD. Bank and wire-transfer orders require proof of payment before account setup. A scanned receipt or screenshot must be emailed as an attachment to the billing department. Accounts paid by these transfers are set up after the payment receipt is received. Service activation depends on successful receipt of payment.
Submit written cancellation notice at least ten days before renewal. The notice must also be no more than 30 days before the intended cancellation date. Cancellation requests can be submitted through the Client Area or emailed from the registered account email address. Live chat and telephone requests are not accepted for cancellation or termination. Renewal reminders begin 15 days before the due date, with another reminder before payment is due and a final reminder on the renewal day.
The free transfer-in and renewal promotion covers .com, .net, .org, .biz and .info domains. If hosting is cancelled before its renewal date, domain registration or transfer charges become payable before cancellation is completed. Those charges also become payable when the domain is transferred to another provider during its registration period. A domain that expires with auto-renew disabled can require a redemption fee as well as renewal charges once it reaches the registrar’s redemption period.
Yes. The shared-hosting order form offers an existing-domain option with a nameserver update, alongside new registration and domain transfer. The selected Standard product is labelled cPanel Standard in the portal. For a transfer, the domain must be unlocked at the current registrar before continuing. A domain that is not registered is not eligible for transfer; a recently registered domain can require another attempt later. Domain suggestions are subject to availability when they are added to the cart.
