The W3 Total Cache first-purchase discount applies to the initial purchase; the single-site renewal is $99 at full price. That subscription authorizes an annual charge to the card used for the order. A renewal reminder goes to the subscription email address seven days before the charge. W3 Total Cache billing is handled separately from BoldGrid Central, and cancellation requests can be sent to customer-support@w3-edge.com.
The ten-site bundle has the lowest published price per licence: $50 a year. Five licences cost $350 annually, or $70 each, while ten cost $500 annually. Both packages are annual subscriptions. Larger bulk licence orders have custom pricing available through the contact option on the W3 Total Cache product page. Compared with five licences, the ten-licence package adds five licences for $150 more per year.
The five-site package includes one free plugin configuration, valued at $125; the ten-site package includes two, valued at $250 combined. These extras are part of the multi-site bundle promotion. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase through Performance, then Support, then Billing Support in the WordPress dashboard, with the licence key included. For a ten-site purchase, submit a separate request for each of the two websites. For BoldGrid services, submit a Premium Support Ticket from your Central account and include the last four digits of the card used for the purchase. W3 Total Cache has a separate billing department, reached through its own billing support form rather than the BoldGrid Central refund route.
BoldGrid Central checkout accepts a credit card; W3 Total Cache checkout accepts either a credit card or PayPal. Central's payment form has separate Billing Address and Credit Card Details sections, followed by the agreement acceptance step. Its cart shows product quantities, prices, a subtotal and the final total. After a successful Central purchase, the receipt includes the purchased products and their add-ons, and the account's licences update.
Contact Premium Support through BoldGrid Central. Open the question-mark help icon in the upper-right corner, scroll down and select Premium Support to reach the team handling billing and cancellation. Central also provides a Disable Auto Renewal option: its confirmation keeps subscription services and add-ons available until the displayed end date. Enabling auto renewal again authorizes future billing to the card on file for the subscription.
