The Full month tab in Usage Logs shows the monthly run-rate for your current resources. The This month tab instead combines spending already committed with an estimated end-of-month total and a daily breakdown. Both views can group costs by service or project. Summary cards also display Daily Usage, Current Month Spending, Monthly Estimate and Average Daily spend, while Detailed logs records individual metered charges.
Public IPv4, automated backups and excess bandwidth carry separate charges. The primary floating IP costs $1.50 a month, and each additional public IPv4 on the same server costs $3 a month. Scheduled backups add 20% to the VPS hourly rate. Traffic beyond the plan allowance costs $0.002 per GB. DNS health checks cost $10 a month per check; private networks, DNS hosting, cloud firewall, Let's Encrypt SSL and IPv6 addresses are included at no cost.
CubePath invoices can offer Card, PayPal, Crypto and Bank Transfer, depending on the methods enabled for that invoice. An unpaid invoice has a Pay invoice button; card payment lets you select a saved card. When bank transfer is enabled, the invoice supplies the beneficiary, account details and payment reference. Include that reference so the transfer can be matched automatically. Once payment is confirmed, the invoice changes to paid automatically.
Yes. Automatic prepayment for hourly services charges the default payment method when the balance reaches zero, with a default top-up of $10. The amount adapts to sustained usage; an account averaging $30 a month can have its top-up increase to $30. Separately, configurable Auto-Recharge lets you set a balance threshold, target balance and optional maximum monthly spend. If an automatic payment fails, services continue only while account credit remains available.
No. A stopped VPS costs the same as a running VPS because its disk, IP and plan remain reserved; destroying the machine stops its charges immediately. Usage Logs identifies charges by resource, billed period, hourly rate and amount. You can filter those records by resource type and machine, then download the filtered entries as an Excel spreadsheet. Floating IPs also continue billing when they are no longer attached to a server.
Yes, within the first seven days after purchase, subject to eligibility and an administration fee. The VPS refund offer covers customers without previous CubePath services, or customers whose break in service lasted at least 180 days. The deduction is 5% or a minimum of $1, whichever is greater. This is the VPS refund route for qualifying new customers; dedicated servers have a separate allocation-based refund policy.
Dedicated servers are non-refundable after allocation. A full refund applies if CubePath fails to allocate the server within 72 hours of payment verification. While a server is still pending within that window, CubePath can grant a refund at its discretion, with a 5% administration fee. The allocation deadline starts after payment verification, rather than when you first select a configuration or begin the order.
Submit the cancellation request through the client area at least five days before the next due date. A later request can incur an additional billing cycle. Automatic card or PayPal invoice payments are attempted three days before the due date, and billing can disable that feature on request. Invoices are prepared 14 days before they fall due, so the cancellation deadline comes before the automatic payment attempt.

It covers VPS, dedicated servers, CDN, load balancers, Kubernetes, databases, NAT, AI and add-ons. Location choices include Barcelona, Houston and Miami. The calculator uses current rates, while actual billing can vary with usage; its monthly total is an estimate for the selected resources rather than a fixed purchase invoice.
Hourly resources draw from prepaid balance rather than producing invoices. Fixed charges, such as a monthly server or reserved capacity, have invoices in the Invoices section. That section shows Total Owed, Overdue and Payment Status, plus each invoice's number, date, due date, status and amount. View opens a PDF preview, and Download PDF saves the document. Hourly resource spending is recorded separately in Usage Logs.
