Electronic signing subscriptions for individuals and business teams.

Savings opportunities available through DottedSign coupon codes

DottedSign offers electronic signing through SaaS, API and self-hosted solutions. Annual billing, a free trial and task-volume discounts provide distinct ways to manage the subscription budget alongside the offers on this page. Pro's annual checkout totals $96 for one user. Business starts with 100 signature tasks for $200 annually, while the 200-task tier totals $340 annually. The Business trial gives the first 14 days free before its paid annual subscription begins. Quantity discounts depend on the task tier, while a voucher can apply a special deal to an eligible current plan.

Eligible products and services

Service categories frequently on promotion

DottedSign has different billing choices for Pro and Business subscriptions. Pro supports monthly and annual terms; Business uses annual billing based on signature tasks. Its team members are unlimited without extra member charges. Business also includes API access based on the subscribed task volume without an additional API fee. The checkout asks Business buyers to choose their signature-task quantity before applying a coupon. The selected plan and quantity appear in Order summary alongside Total. Voucher eligibility can be restricted to specific accounts, so the selected subscription and the voucher's conditions both matter.

Services usually excluded from promo codes

Additional Business signature tasks are a separate purchase from the annual subscription quota. Purchases up to 100 additional tasks use increments of 10 at USD 2 per task; larger purchases use increments of 100. These added tasks expire with the original subscription and are not carried into renewal. Business renews with its original subscription price and task allowance, rather than retaining the extra quota purchased during the term. Voucher restrictions also affect redemption: some are limited to specific accounts, some expire and some can be used only once. Those conditions define the eligible redemption.

Factors influencing the final discount value

Impact of billing cycle on promotional price

Annual Pro billing lowers the subscription total compared with paying for successive monthly terms. The annual checkout charges $96 for one user, and the monthly selection charges $15 per month. Business is an annual task-based subscription rather than a monthly team-member charge. Subscription payments renew automatically through the associated payment method until cancellation. For Business, unused tasks expire at the end of the subscription period instead of rolling into the next term. A plan switch starts a new annual task allowance and ends the previous plan, losing its remaining tasks.

Promo codes vs. automatically applied offers

The DottedSign Business trial starts through a dedicated checkout link. Its coupon section displays Change coupon, and the summary identifies the free period and the annual charge afterwards. An ordinary subscription checkout instead presents Have a coupon? with an Apply button. Voucher redemption is another route: it uses the voucher redemption page and Get My Offer, then sends a confirmation email. A successful voucher applies its special deal to the current plan. Account restrictions, expiry dates and single-use conditions belong to the particular voucher being redeemed.

Accessing active codes for DottedSign

The offers on this page can be used through DottedSign's subscription checkout or voucher redemption route. In Pro checkout, Sign in or create a KDAN ID comes before Have a coupon? and Apply; the payment section follows. Business adds Number of signature tasks between sign-in and the coupon section. The buyer selects the plan and sees its subscription amount in Order summary and Total before Place Your Order. For voucher redemption, enter the voucher and select Get My Offer. Redemption depends on exact letter case, eligibility, expiry and any single-use restriction. Scroll up for the current DottedSign offers.

DottedSign Discount FAQs

Enter it under Have a coupon? and select Apply in the DottedSign subscription checkout. The Pro checkout places this section after Sign in or create a KDAN ID and before Choose a payment method. Business has an additional Number of signature tasks step before the coupon section, so its subscription quantity is part of the purchase setup. Select your plan appears beside Order summary, which identifies the subscription and displays Total before the Place Your Order button. A trial link can instead arrive with its benefit selected and show Change coupon. For voucher redemption outside checkout, the corresponding action is Get My Offer, followed by a confirmation email.

A DottedSign voucher can fail because its entry, expiry, account eligibility or prior redemption does not meet its restrictions. Voucher text is case sensitive, including uppercase and lowercase letters. Extra spaces, characters, punctuation or symbols introduced while pasting can also change the entry. Some vouchers have an expiry date, and some are one-time-only rather than reusable benefits. Other vouchers apply only to specific accounts, so the email registered with DottedSign identifies the relevant Kdan ID. Redemption takes place on the voucher redemption page through Get My Offer. Successful redemption sends a confirmation email and applies the special deal to the current plan.

Yes, an eligible DottedSign voucher applies its special deal to your current plan after successful redemption. The account identifier is the email address registered with DottedSign, used as the Kdan ID on the redemption page. A buyer without that ID can create one as part of the redemption process. The voucher is entered or pasted before selecting Get My Offer, and successful redemption produces an email confirmation. Some vouchers are restricted to specific accounts or can be applied only once, so current-plan redemption still depends on those individual conditions. The confirmation email also provides a link for accessing DottedSign after the benefit has been redeemed.

Yes, DottedSign Pro's annual billing option has a lower total than successive monthly payments across the same year. The annual Order summary lists DottedSign Pro for one user at $96, while monthly checkout displays $15 per month. Both billing terms belong to Pro; Business instead uses an annual task-based subscription. The chosen Pro term is selected under Select your plan, and the summary displays the corresponding payment total. Subscription and renewal payments are charged to the associated payment method for that selected cycle until cancellation. Store purchases can be managed through Order History, where the buyer can view orders, download invoices and cancel automatic renewal.

You do not need to re-enter a DottedSign code when the trial checkout already confirms the free period. Have a coupon? displays Change coupon, together with confirmation that the first 14 days are free. The trial Order summary identifies the annual Business subscription with 100 tasks and states that $200 per year follows the free period. Checkout then requests a payment method and Business Information before the buyer accepts subscription policies and places the order. The linked trial is therefore visible in the summary before the paid subscription starts. With a payment method associated with the account, the subscription renews after the trial unless cancelled before the new period begins.

Cancel automatic renewal before the DottedSign trial's new subscription period starts to prevent the associated payment method being charged. For a subscription bought through the web store, management is available in Order History under the buyer's account. That area also contains recent orders and downloadable invoices. Trial accounts with an associated credit card, PayPal account or another payment method renew when the free period ends. A trial account without an associated payment method instead downgrades to the free version and retains only its free functions. In-app subscriptions follow the management procedures of the platform where the purchase was made, so the cancellation route depends on the original subscription channel.

DottedSign Pro store subscriptions use the Pro refund schedule, with possible processing deductions. Cancelling and requesting a refund within 14 days qualifies for a 100% refund, subject to processing costs of no more than 5% of the subscription payment. Requests within 15–30 days qualify for up to 70%, with the same possible processing deduction. After 30 days, cancellation does not qualify for a refund under that schedule. Receiving a refund ends DottedSign access immediately; cancelling automatic renewal without a refund leaves the paid service available until expiry. Special refund circumstances go to customer service for further processing, and in-app purchases use the purchasing platform's refund procedures. File backup remains the user's responsibility.

DottedSign Business calculates eligible store refunds from unused service multiplied by the original purchase price. The request must fall within 30 days of the subscription or addition of new tasks. The resulting amount may have up to 5% of the subscription payment deducted as a processing fee. After that window, the Business subscription or additional-task purchase is not eligible for a refund under this policy. Receiving a refund automatically ends the service at the same time, rather than preserving access through the original expiry. Cancellation without a refund allows continued use until the subscription ends. The buyer remains responsible for backing up files when cancelling or receiving a refund.

DottedSign Business applies its volume-discount tier to subscriptions of 200 to 500 tasks. That tier charges USD 1.70 per task, and the published example totals USD 340 annually for 200 tasks. The entry subscription contains 100 tasks for USD 200 annually, with subscription quantities increasing in multiples of 100. The annual quota is available throughout the subscription year until consumed, and unused tasks cannot be carried into the following period. Task Reporting in Admin Console shows Created Tasks over a selected date range, helping an administrator match the quantity to actual use. Draft tasks are excluded from quota counting, and tasks sent by others are not billable to the recipient.

Additional DottedSign Business tasks expire with the current subscription and do not carry into renewal. An add-on purchase merges its tasks with the remaining quota while keeping the existing expiration date. At renewal, the subscription retains its original price and task allowance, without the extra tasks previously purchased. This differs from switching to a new subscription with another task amount: a plan switch starts a fresh year and loses the original plan's remaining tasks. Admin Console's Billing Information shows purchased and used task counts, and usage notifications appear as the allowance nears its limit. When the quota is exhausted, purchasing additional tasks or upgrading provides capacity for new signing requests.
