Cancel your Emailable subscription before its next billing date to prevent another renewal charge. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period, so the subscription remains active through that cycle. In the dashboard, open Subscriptions and locate the active subscription you want to stop. Click Manage, select Cancel at the top right, then click Submit to confirm the cancellation. The subscription will not renew after the current period ends. Canceling the subscription does not refund the amount already paid for that period. This timing matters whether your billing term is monthly, quarterly or yearly. Complete the Submit step before the renewal date to avoid the next billing charge.

Account conditions still matter: Emailable can consider an account inactive after more than 12 months without activity, and termination for inactivity or nonpayment forfeits prepaid credits. Can Emailable refund a discounted credit order?

Emailable considers refund exceptions at its sole discretion. Bulk and monthly credits are paid upfront and are nonrefundable, subject to exceptions for accidental purchases, mistaken charges and specified service problems. To request an exception, email support@emailable.com with sufficient details about the transaction and the issue. Possible service grounds include unacceptable care and skill or failure to deliver within the agreed time. Emailable investigates complaints within 14 calendar days and communicates the outcome, with partial refunds possible. Canceling a subscription or deactivating an account does not itself entitle you to a refund for credits already purchased. Submit your refund request within 30 days of the transaction to meet the stated deadline.
