FastestVPN Coupons & Promo Codes

FastestVPN offers a 31-day money-back guarantee for eligible new purchases. Cryptocurrency payments are excluded, and the guarantee does not cover renewal charges or requests after the first 31 days of service. The checkout identifies the guarantee beneath the subscription choices, before the account details and payment stages. FastestVPN's refund eligibility also depends on the payment method and whether the purchase came directly from its website or another seller. Its support team is available through live chat and email for cancellation and refund requests. A refund returns through the original payment method, and claiming it suspends the account immediately. Submit an eligible request within the first 31 days of service.

FastestVPN provides a coupon entry field in the payment stage of its website checkout. The order begins with a subscription choice, followed by account details and optional add-ons. The card and PayPal payment panels include the label Have a Coupon Code? and an entry box with the placeholder enter code. Those panels also display the order total before the payment button, so the amount belongs to the selected order rather than just the headline plan price. Dedicated IP and additional device options sit earlier in the checkout and can add charges to the purchase. For help with the offers on this page, FastestVPN provides 24/7 live chat; the coupon box is in step 04.

An eligible FastestVPN refund can take up to 31 days to appear in your account. The payment method used for the purchase determines how long the returned funds take to show on the account or card. This processing period is separate from the first 31 days of service, which is the deadline for requesting a refund under the money-back guarantee. Refunds go back through the same payment method used to subscribe, and FastestVPN suspends the account immediately once the refund is claimed. Cryptocurrency purchases and renewal payments are excluded from the guarantee. Live chat and email support handle questions about the purchase and refund policy. Allow up to 31 days for the returned payment to appear.

FastestVPN's recurring subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal before the required deadline. Monthly, annual and triennial packages authorize recurring payments at the interval you agree to when subscribing. After purchase, Account Settings provides the option to manage the subscription and disable auto-renewal. The renewal charge occurs within the 24 hours before the current subscription period ends. FastestVPN can change prices at renewal and notifies customers before those changes take effect; a price change does not affect the current subscription period. The initial 31-day money-back guarantee excludes renewal charges, so renewal is a separate payment decision from the discounted first purchase. Turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

FastestVPN displays discounted subscription choices separately from the coupon entry field at payment. Its purchase page presents the Lifetime Plan and the 1 Year + 1 Year Free option with savings labels beside their billing details. A plan choice comes before the account details, optional add-ons and payment selection. Within the card and PayPal panels, Have a Coupon Code? introduces the entry box, while the order total appears before the payment button. The subscription offer and coupon entry are therefore separate parts of building the order. Additional devices, Dedicated IP and Port Forwarding are optional checkout selections with their own charges. The payment panel's amount is under Review and Confirm Your Order Total.

FastestVPN includes its Lifetime Plan in the 31-day guarantee for eligible new purchases. The subscription choice is billed as a lifetime purchase, while the refund deadline concerns the first 31 days of service. Cancellation after that period does not qualify for a refund under the guarantee, and cryptocurrency payments are excluded. The Lifetime Plan appears alongside the monthly and extended-term options on the purchase page, before account creation and optional add-ons. FastestVPN provides live chat and email support for questions about cancellation and refund eligibility. A qualifying refund returns to the original payment method, and the account is suspended when the refund is claimed. Request an eligible Lifetime Plan refund within the first 31 days.

FastestVPN excludes cryptocurrency payments from refunds. That payment exception applies alongside the 31-day money-back guarantee offered for eligible new subscription purchases. At checkout, the cryptocurrency panel lists Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin and Dash as payment choices. The panel shows the order total before payment and proceeds through the Pay With NowPayments button. Card and PayPal are separate payment options in the same checkout, so the payment choice matters before the subscription is purchased. FastestVPN's refund rules also exclude renewal charges and requests after the first 31 days of service. Questions about payment eligibility can go to its live chat or email support. The cryptocurrency payment button is labelled Pay With NowPayments.

Eligible FastestVPN purchases qualify for a refund within 31 days if the service does not meet your needs. Cryptocurrency payments and renewals are excluded, and requests after the initial guarantee period do not qualify. FastestVPN provides live chat and email support for service issues and refund questions. Its speed guidance identifies connection stability, VPN protocol and distance from the selected server as factors affecting performance. The app allows server and protocol changes, giving you specific settings to adjust while evaluating the subscription. A qualifying refund goes back to the original payment method, and claiming it suspends the account immediately. For a nearby server, FastestVPN recommends the Smart Connect option.

FastestVPN offers Dedicated IP as an optional addition to a subscription purchase. The checkout separates this selection from the VPN plan, account details and payment panels. Under Add-Ons (Optional), the Dedicated IP option is listed at $1.49 per month, with United States, Russia and Germany location choices. This is a separate checkout charge rather than an included feature of the base subscription choice. The same add-on stage also provides additional device connections and Port Forwarding, each with its own displayed charge. The payment stage then presents the order total before the card, PayPal or cryptocurrency payment button. The Dedicated IP location choices appear beneath the option labelled Want to add a Dedicated IP.

FastestVPN's website checkout accepts credit cards, PayPal and cryptocurrency. Payment selection follows the subscription choice, account details and optional add-ons, so these methods pay for the order you have assembled. The card and PayPal panels display a coupon entry option and the order total before payment. The cryptocurrency panel lists Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin and Dash and uses NowPayments to proceed. Cryptocurrency payments are excluded from refunds, while other eligible new purchases have a 31-day money-back guarantee. FastestVPN's terms state that prices at account creation exclude VAT and that tax amounts appear during final subscription checkout. Payment selection is in step 04, labelled Select Your Preferred Method of Payment.
