About Gtxgaming & Latest Deals
GTXGaming sells game servers for Minecraft, Rust, Valheim and 48 more games, plus dedicated servers, with live support 24/7 in all languages.
Savings opportunities available through GTXGaming promo codes
GTXGaming rents game servers for Minecraft, Palworld, Rust, DayZ, Valheim and 48 more games. Game servers start from £1.90/mo, and every plan includes DDoS protection and daily backups. The offers on this page cut the price of that rental.
Service categories frequently on promotion
The catalogue covers game servers, dedicated servers, VPS servers, web hosting, reseller web hosting and Teamspeak 3. Rust plans are Survivor at £16.89/mo, Raider at £30.27/mo and Warlord at £49.71/mo, all billed monthly.
Services usually excluded from promo codes
Add-ons are the exclusion on record. Some service discounts or coupons do not apply to add-ons, only to the original price of the service.
Impact of billing cycle on promotional price
Longer cycles come with their own discount: quarterly orders take 5% off, semi-annual orders 10% and annual orders 15%. Cancel before the end of the contract and that discount is rescinded; its amount goes back onto the total cost of the server. Early cancellation on those orders also costs a £10 fee.
Promo codes vs. automatically applied offers
Cycle discounts are listed in the cart as order options. The cart totals show Three Months (5% Discount), Six Months (10% Discount), Yearly (15% Discount), Two Years (20% Discount) and Three Years (25% Discount) next to Monthly. The offers on this page are codes, a separate kind of offer.

Gtxgaming Promo Code FAQ
Yes, within 24 hours of ordering. Every new service has a 24-hour cooling-off period: open a ticket within 24 hours of ordering and the order is refunded. Rust hosting carries a 24-hour money-back guarantee, a full refund with no questions asked if the server isn't right within the first 24 hours of order. After the 24 hours, refunds can be denied unless a manager feels a refund is justified. Gtxgaming tries to be fair in refund decisions, so give the team as much information as possible. Dedicated servers are excluded unless there are hardware issues. Cancellations made after the subscription renewal date cannot be refunded.
No. Credit from downgrades is non-refundable and can only be used on GTX products and services. Downgrades take effect straight away and the difference is added to your account as credit for future GTX invoices; it isn't paid back to your card or PayPal. Stored credit pays due invoices on any service that has not been cancelled through the cancellation procedure. Upgrades and downgrades are calculated using the latest price listed on the website. On a Rust server, slots, RAM, storage, CPU priority and clock boosts can be changed later without losing your map. Rust plans can be upgraded, downgraded or cancelled at any time, with no setup fees.
It is taken back. Cancelling before the end of the contract rescinds the discount, and the amount is added to the total cost of the server. Quarterly, semi-annual and annual orders also pay a £10 early cancellation fee. Rust hosting is sold with no contracts and cancellation at any time, yet the Terms refer to the end of the contract for term discounts. To cancel, go to Services › My Services in the Client Area, click the server and press Request Cancellation. Choose End of Billing Period to keep playing until the time you've paid for runs out, or Immediate to remove the server now.
Credit or debit card, PayPal and bank transfer. Servers are paid for in advance. For a bank transfer, include the Invoice ID shown on the left of the invoice on the Gtxgaming website as the reference, and choose the correct currency for faster processing. Fast transfers are enabled. Gtxgaming retains no personal credit or debit card details. If you pay by PayPal subscription, cancel it in PayPal as well when you cancel the service, because in some cases it does not auto-cancel. A PayPal dispute raised for any reason suspends the service while an investigation is carried out. On a dedicated server, the last known payer of an invoice older than 7 days is the owner, whether by card, PayPal or any other means.
It is suspended, then terminated. An unpaid server is suspended shortly after the due date and terminated once the invoice is 6 days overdue. Backups are kept, so in most cases a terminated server can still be restored. Paid late and your server is still suspended or gone? Open a ticket. Once payment is confirmed the team reactivates it or recreates it from a backup. Failure to keep up monthly payments can result in suspension and, ultimately, deletion of your game server. Account credit settles due invoices automatically on a service that was not cancelled through the cancellation procedure. A monthly order counts as 30 days.
Only for hardware problems. Dedicated servers can only be refunded for hardware problems, so the 24-hour cooling-off refund does not cover them. Co-ownership is not possible. The owner of any dedicated server hosted with GTX will be the last known payer of any invoice older than 7 days, be that by card, PayPal, or any other means. Transfer of ownership will require proof of identification by both parties. A dedicated server is paid for in advance, like every game server. Setup needs up to 24 hours when the machine has to be built. On quarterly, semi-annual and annual orders, cancelling early costs a £10 fee.
Within minutes. Game servers are created automatically the moment your payment goes through, and setup is instant. The full install of the game files then takes up to 15 minutes, depending on the game's size. A VPS takes 15 to 20 minutes to set up. A dedicated server takes up to 24 hours when the machine has to be built. Pick your game, choose one of 20 locations and you're playing in about a minute. Game servers start from £1.90/mo and are paid for in advance. A dedicated server counts as refundable only for hardware problems. Live support 24/7 in all languages comes with every plan.
The three headline Rust plans are billed monthly. Survivor is 50 slots with 12GB RAM at £16.89/mo. Raider is 100 slots with 16GB RAM at £30.27/mo. Warlord is 160 slots with 20GB RAM at £49.71/mo. There are no setup fees. Slots, RAM, storage, CPU priority and clock boosts are all picked at checkout and can be changed later without losing your map. The longer cycles are priced with discounts of 5%, 10% and 15%. A server subscription's cost applies to the entire rental of the server, subject to fair consumer price index increases. Game servers across the site start from £1.90/mo.
Yes, a free Minecraft server. It is offered as a promotional product and follows the same data protection rules as the paid services. Each free server includes 3GB of RAM and up to 30GB of storage. To keep the server active, users must log in and click the Extend button at least once every 72 hours. Inactive servers are stopped after 72 hours and permanently deleted after 5 days, to make room for active users. Larger or more complex mods may not run well or at all on 3GB of memory, and the paid service is recommended for them. Game servers start from £1.90/mo.
Yes, on cycles of three months or longer. A three-month cycle takes 5% off, six months 10% and a year 15%. The Terms call these cycles Quarterly, Semi-Annually and Annually. The cart totals list Monthly alongside Three Months (5% Discount), Six Months (10% Discount) and Yearly (15% Discount), then Two Years (20% Discount) and Three Years (25% Discount). A monthly order counts as 30 days, and servers are paid for in advance. The renewal invoice goes out about 7 days before the due date. A cancellation after the renewal date gets no refund. Rust servers list the same three cycles.
