The contract period and billing cycle are selected separately when services are purchased. Payment frequency therefore describes how charges are collected during the agreement, rather than determining the hosting contract’s length. Fees are payable in advance, and a fixed-term agreement requires payment of the relevant fees for its duration. A shorter payment interval does not remove the remaining costs if an agreed-length contract ends early.
