Savings opportunities available through netart.com coupon codes

netart.com sells cloud hosting and business email, and the offers on this page help you pay less for a new subscription. As of October 2026, the hosting superdeal costs £0 net for the first three months. Marketing consent and active Automatic Payments are required throughout that promotional period.

Eligible products and services

Service categories frequently on promotion

The three-month superdeal covers CloudHosting, CloudHosting WordPress and CloudMail. Start, Business and Pro variants are eligible in each range. Data Backup 100 GB, 250 GB and 500 GB also have introductory superdeal offers.

Services usually excluded from promo codes

Partner Program discounts cover subscription services for their first subscription period only. They do not apply to Pay-Per-Use services or subsequent subscription periods.

Factors influencing the final discount value

Impact of billing cycle on promotional price

CloudHosting Start has an annual promotional price of £112.50 net, equivalent to about £9.38 a month. Monthly, quarterly and annual billing are available. The full subscription period is paid in advance, and changing the billing period for the next renewal requires Customer Support.

Promo codes vs. automatically applied offers

The hosting promotion is selected during the order process. Partner Program savings use a referral code or referral link instead. The referral offer gives a one-time 20% discount on eligible service orders.

netart.com Discount FAQs

No. The hosting introductory offer covers the first subscription period; renewal uses the terms and prices in effect when you renew. Standard CloudHosting rates are £18.75 net a month for Start, £37.50 for Business and £75 for Pro. Renewal fees are calculated using the price list applicable when the next pro forma invoice is issued. netart.com emails the subscription expiry information and that invoice before the current period ends. Customers using Automatic Payments receive at least 30 days’ notice of a subscription price change.
CloudHosting Business costs £225 net for its first annual promotional period, and CloudHosting Pro costs £450 net. The matching CloudHosting WordPress Business and Pro plans have the same annual promotional totals. Business works out to £18.75 net a month; Pro works out to £37.50 net a month. These are first-period promotional rates for the named plans, rather than permanent monthly subscription prices. The standard hosting promotion also includes CloudHosting Enterprise variants, but their promotional terms are one month or three months rather than the annual options offered for Business and Pro.
Only qualifying new hosting orders. The account must have no Hosting Service on the order date and must not have held a service from the eligible main-service list during the previous 30 days. An existing Customer Panel account can qualify when it meets those service-history requirements. The promotional main-service allowance is one item across campaigns, service variants and subscription periods. Additional-service superdeal orders have their own one-item allowance and 30-day history restriction. An eligible additional service can be ordered for an already existing hosting service.
The promotional discount can end when you withdraw consent to commercial messages. Its duration is proportional to the time your consent remains active, up to the maximum promotional subscription period. For the hosting promotion and superdeal, withdrawing or withholding that consent can lead to standard pricing from the following day. If netart.com learns that consent was not granted, the same rule can apply from the day after it receives that information. The price used is the standard rate for the service in the applicable price list.
No. Under the standard hosting promotion, an annual order includes promotional Data Backup for three months. Start packages receive Data Backup 100 GB, Business packages receive 250 GB and Pro packages receive 500 GB; those tiers apply across CloudHosting, CloudHosting WordPress and CloudMail. A monthly hosting order includes the backup promotion for one month, while a quarterly order includes it for three months. One promotional backup service can be activated per hosting service. Participation includes consent to automatic activation of that Data Backup service.
An invalid code or a code already used for the order can prevent completion. netart.com’s cart has separate messages for an invalid discount code, a code already used and a code previously used by the customer. When a voucher offer is selected, completing the order requires the corresponding discount code; the alternative is selecting a different billing period. For a used-code order, the cart directs the buyer to enter a new discount code or select a subscription period with an available promotional offer for that service.
EU-resident consumers have a 14-day right to withdraw from an agreement, measured from its conclusion. Withdrawal can be sent by ordinary email from the contact address registered in the Customer Panel, by a signed form sent to netart.com’s postal address, or by an electronically signed form sent by email. Refunds of payments and advance payments are transferred to the Customer Panel’s overpayments balance. That balance can pay pro forma invoices, replenish an Advance Account or be reimbursed according to the customer’s instructions.
Credit card payments and bank transfers are supported. The UK hosting prices are denominated in GBP, and applicable VAT is added to net prices at the rate for the country where the service is taxed. Fees are paid against a pro forma invoice. A third-party payment must identify the service or the paid invoice so the payment can be allocated correctly. Payment counts when it reaches netart.com’s bank account, and the customer pays any transaction banking costs or commissions charged by payment institutions.
Yes, but disabling Automatic Payments can create an additional charge for the promotional period. The superdeal discount is proportional to the time Automatic Payments remain active on the Customer Panel account holding the service. If they are disabled, netart.com can charge the difference between the standard price and the promotional price for the time they were inactive. Automatic Payments must be enabled no later than the service order. The requirement concerns the account containing the discounted service, including an eligible additional service ordered under the superdeal.
Yes. The standard hosting promotion covers eligible Additional Services ordered for existing hosting services. When an add-on starts partway through the hosting subscription, its promotional price is calculated for the days remaining in that subscription, including the order date. The calculation uses the add-on’s promotional price for the hosting service’s subscription length. The entire remaining amount is payable in advance. The add-on must have a period consistent with its hosting service; it cannot be ordered under this arrangement with a separate, unrelated subscription end date.
