Yes. Hosting payments qualify for a refund within your first 30 days as a Chromeis customer. Cancellation accompanies the refund. Domain registration, transfers, ID protection, private SSL, additional static IPs and additional site-builder licenses are excluded. Dedicated Cloud server orders and product license fees are also non-refundable. Activating a web builder creates a $12 deduction when the account is canceled.
Yes. After the first month, unused hosting fees are refunded pro rata using standard monthly package pricing. This applies to one-year, two-year and three-year commitments. Partially used months are not refunded after the initial guarantee period. Each upgrade, downgrade or operating-system change incurs a $30 non-refundable fee on refund. For multiple accounts, customer tenure starts with the earliest account opening date.
Submit a formal cancellation request through Chromeis support. Phone, verbal and chat requests are not processed. Without notification, the account renews for the next billing cycle one month before expiration. Transferring a domain elsewhere does not cancel hosting. Non-payment suspension carries a $15 reactivation fee, and reinstating a canceled account also costs $15. Previously canceled accounts are not activated through new orders.
Credit card, PayPal, Payoneer and bank transfer are supported. An order generates an invoice, and payment through an available online method lets the system execute the associated order and update its invoice status automatically. The US, UAE and Australian bank accounts accept business-account payments only. Personal-account payments to restricted accounts are reversed within 3–10 business days. Local transfers in those countries can take nearly five working days to appear. A bank-transfer order needs a support ticket containing the relevant reference number.
