A server created on November 15 at midnight and left running through the end of November accumulates 384 hours for that month. November and December are calculated separately. Resizing, terminating or creating a replacement instance starts a new usage calculation at the time of that action.
Terminate the Cloud Server to end its ongoing charges. A negative account balance suspends its internet connection, but billing continues until the server is deleted. In the account's Cloud Server menu, open Manage for the instance and select Terminate. The confirmation requires your account password, followed by Proceed. Termination removes all data on that instance, so a backup must be saved beforehand. The deleted server then disappears from the Cloud Server list.
No. Account-credit top-ups are non-refundable in every case. To add funds, open Billing, select Account Credits and press Add Credit. Enter the amount in the Add Credits window; requesting an original tax invoice by post is optional. The form requires you to acknowledge that the top-up cannot be refunded before submitting it. Submission creates an invoice that can be paid through QR Payment. Account funding is a separate transaction from choosing and creating a server.
Yes. Excess international outbound transfer costs 0.6 baht per GB, calculated against an hourly allowance. The monthly transfer amount attached to the plan is divided across the billing hours; exceeding that hourly share triggers an additional charge immediately. Bangmod.Cloud's worked example uses a 2,000 GB monthly allowance, equivalent to 2.97 GB per hour. Transferring 10 GB during one hour leaves 7.03 GB chargeable, producing a 4.21 baht extra charge in that example.
Open the invoice and select Pay with Thai QR Payment. In Billing, choose Invoice, then View Invoice for the bill you want to pay. Generate the payment QR code and scan it through your mobile banking application. Each generated payment code lasts ten minutes and uses the amount due on that invoice. Once payment is complete, the service is available immediately. This payment route does not require a separate payment-confirmation submission after the bank transaction.

The refund covers new purchases, excluding upgrades within the same service or transfers into it from another service. Save a backup first because the hosting data is deleted immediately. Request the refund through a support ticket with the invoice number and an eligible bank account. Refund processing takes three business days. Prior staff virus or malware removal prevents a refund, and the Elementor licence must be fully returned.
