Yes. The new-registration promotion includes existing customers expanding or increasing their use of new resources, alongside customers using Bizfly Cloud for the first time. The maximum advertised reduction is 25% of service costs. Registration for the offer starts through the account registration route, with sales advice available by email at sales@bizflycloud.vn or by telephone on 024 7302 8888 and 028 7302 8888.
Subscription requires enough balance to pay through the end of the month. That amount is deducted at server creation. On Demand requires balance covering 72 hours at the hourly rate, held rather than deducted immediately. Spot Instance requires a usage contract. Resources with different billing plans cannot be attached together; a Subscription disk cannot be attached to an On Demand server.
It depends on the billing plan. Switching off Subscription or Spot Instance servers does not change charges or generate a refund. On Demand recalculates powered-on and powered-off hours and records them in Usage, using the applicable ON/OFF resource rates. Its invoices can arise at period end, resource deletion or resizing, when balance falls to Usage, or when Usage reaches the invoicing threshold.
The charge is recalculated, and excess returns to your balance. Subscription deletion or resizing uses actual operating hours multiplied by 1.3 times the hourly equivalent, calculated from monthly cost and the month's total hours. If the recalculated charge exceeds the amount paid, no extra fee is collected. This adjustment excludes the VPS line. Spot Instance configurations cannot be changed after creation.
Yes, Cloud Server and Prebuilt App have a three-day trial. The allowance is one server with up to two CPU cores, 2 GB RAM, and either 100 GB HDD or 60 GB SSD storage. Trial operation stops automatically when those three days end. Server resources remain stored for no more than seven days after expiry. Upgrading requires enough money to cover the service's resources through the end of the billing period.
Yes, eligibility depends on whether you have used that particular service before. Customers already paying for other services can receive a first-use CDN trial lasting seven days with the first 100 GB of traffic included; operation stops when that traffic allowance is exhausted. Business Email also has a seven-day first-use trial, allowing up to 500 messages daily to external domains. The first-use Load Balancer trial includes one load balancer and 500 GB of data transfer, ending after three days or when that transfer allowance runs out.
A refund is available when Bizfly Cloud stops providing a service you have already paid for. Charges are not refunded for faults outside Bizfly Cloud's responsibility, violations of its terms, or services that have been suspended or deleted. Eligible prepaid resource adjustments follow a separate balance-credit process. Returned amounts go back to the balance categories that funded the resource, in the reverse order of the original deductions.
Bizfly Cloud supports domestic ATM cards with Internet Banking, international cards, MoMo and ShopeePay. International card top-ups run through VNPT EPAY or VNPAY: both accept Visa, Master and JCB, while VNPAY also supports UnionPay. The top-up process starts in Billing's Balance section by selecting an amount and proceeding to payment. Under Bizfly Billing, the international-card route uses VNPT EPAY VISA/MASTER or VNPAY, followed by the Pay Now action.
General promotional balance can pay for all Bizfly Cloud services; service-specific promotional balance can pay for only its assigned service. Cash top-ups sit in a separate main balance. With a single unpaid invoice, deductions normally use the main balance first, then general promotional balance, then service-specific promotional balance. When several unpaid invoices exist together, the payment algorithm changes to settle as many invoices as possible. Each integrated service has its own promotional balance.
Regular invoices are issued at midnight on the first day of the month. Prepaid accounts can also receive invoices when upgrading to paid service or creating, resizing, changing or deleting subscription resources. Each service receives a separate invoice covering its resources. After issuance, sufficient balance pays the invoice automatically; insufficient balance leaves it unpaid. The default payment window is three days, adjustable for individual customers or invoices, with scheduled holidays extending the deadline.
