Disk space, CPU and memory remain allocated so the instance can restart, and stopped servers also retain their IP addresses. The prepaid account balance continues to fund active subscriptions by the hour. The subscription page lists the active subscriptions, while the control panel's main page shows balance and usage. Billing begins when a resource is created and ends when it is removed, so a temporary shutdown leaves the subscription active. To end charges for a server you no longer need, remove that resource rather than leave it in a stopped state.
Your discounted 99Stack Cloud deployment needs prepaid funds, and some resources also reserve balance to cover a required subscription duration. That reserved amount is not spent immediately; it remains reserved until consumed or until the resource is deleted. Deposits become spendable account balance after applicable VAT is deducted. The control panel's main page displays your current balance and usage, so the net balance is the amount available for cloud resources. If funds become insufficient, running resources and active subscriptions are automatically purged and cannot be recovered. Payment reminders arrive two weeks, three days and 24 hours before funds run out; respond to those reminders by topping up the prepaid balance.
Additional transfer costs $0.01 per GB or $10 per TB when you allow your discounted 99Stack Cloud server to exceed its quota. These charges are deducted every six to eight hours. Each plan includes a monthly transfer allowance, and the default protection powers off the server at around 90% of its calculated allowance, based on daily usage. Yes, canceling a 99Stack Cloud prepaid subscription before it expires returns the server to its original price. A discounted commitment can be canceled during its life cycle, but the prepaid purchase remains non-refundable. An exception applies if the plan fails to function as agreed because of a problem caused by 99Stack Cloud, its system or its provider. Hourly billing also rounds a partial hour up to a complete hour, without refunding the unused minutes. Canceling the commitment and ending resource billing are separate actions: billing stops when the subscription is terminated.
