Cloud-M costs €20 a month, Cloud-L €40, Cloud-XL €80 and Cloud-XXL €160. These are the plan prices before optional services. Cloud-M includes 2 GB of memory and 40 GB of disk space; Cloud-L increases those allocations to 4 GB and 60 GB. Cloud-XL has 8 GB of memory and 80 GB of disk space. Cloud-XXL increases memory to 16 GB while keeping the same 80 GB disk allocation.
DirectAdmin licensing, monitoring and management are separately priced options. A DirectAdmin license adds €5 a month, Monitoring 24/7 adds €10, and Managed adds €50. The cloud server order has a separate Additional Options step after the plan, distribution and location selections. Selected options contribute to the monthly total shown at Confirmation. Each option has its own monthly price, so the base server plan and the selected service options are separate parts of the order.
Yes. The referral discount remains valid for the entire duration of the ordered service, rather than just the first payment. It covers services ordered through a referral link by a new client who is not already registered with ClustSpace. Underlying service rates can change with at least one month’s notice before the next reporting period. Payments follow the chosen service plan’s rates.
ClustSpace invoices are payable within 14 days of issue. Service is provided only after payment. Payments count as completed when funds reach ClustSpace’s account or payment is completed through another method. Prepayment invoices can be prepared on request for confirmed orders. The service order sets the minimum period or quantity that must be paid for before provision begins, and the invoice is based on the confirmed order.
ClustSpace temporarily authorizes €0.50 when you add a credit card. The hold is released immediately after authorization, although your bank can take several days to reflect that release. Additional card verification can require the authorization number shown in the bank statement. The billing area lets you add payment methods and set a primary method. It also includes an option to automatically charge the default payment method for Cloud Server and Storage invoices.
Yes, you can request a refund within the first 30 calendar days after ordering an eligible service. SSL certificates and domain registration fees are excluded. An eligible service that has not started receives a full refund. Once provision has begun, ClustSpace deducts the value of service already supplied up to the termination notice. The refund therefore depends on whether provision has started and how much of the paid service has already been delivered.
Send the termination and refund request in writing by email. Eligible refunds are transferred within 14 calendar days after ClustSpace receives the request, using the same payment method as the original payment. ClustSpace confirms receipt and termination by email. It can contact you about your reasons for leaving, but you are not obliged to provide them. Failing to submit the request through the required email procedure removes the right to a refund.
You can terminate the agreement after service has begun, with payment due for work already performed. Cancellation also requires reimbursement of reasonable expenses incurred before the termination notice and repayment of discounts given before termination. Both parties must settle their accounts. Service termination can follow 48 hours’ notice; the virtual server is then suspended. If you have not made copies, its information is archived and the archive is presented to you.
Yes, but the upgrade must be to a plan ranked above the one originally ordered. The upgrade form lets you select from available plans and calculates the monthly price for the selection. Upgrading the plan does not change disk space, and disk upgrades are currently unavailable. The Cloud-S configuration starts with 1 GB of memory and a 30 GB disk. Its original disk allocation remains in place when you move to a higher server plan.
Yes. An additional IP address costs €2 a month, with a limit of five secondary addresses per server. DDoS protection is outside the standard server rental price and can be ordered for an additional fee. Cloud servers are excluded from the free weekly backups available for other covered services, so their backups are the customer’s responsibility. More frequent backups are available as an additional service where the weekly backup provision applies.
