Yes, when servers are available for a shorter rental. The dedicated service normally has a minimum period of one year, with prepaid subscription billing and a one-month reporting period. Server Basic is priced at €60, Server Standard at €149 and Server Pro at €269.99 on the dedicated server menu. The dedicated rental includes two static IP addresses: one for the server and another for its remote administration module, plus basic Linux installation.
VAT applies under European legislation, with exemptions available for qualifying customers. An EU company outside Bulgaria can qualify with a valid VAT number. Customers outside the EU, including individuals and legal entities, can qualify by providing proof. Submit VAT details or evidence of residence outside the EU during registration or by email to contact@neterra.net. Once validation succeeds, VAT is omitted from the purchase; payments made before validation do not receive a VAT refund.
You can pay in EUR using bank transfer, ePay.bg, PayPal, BitPay or credit and debit cards. Supported card names include VISA, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro. Cloud orders paid through online methods such as ePay.bg, PayPal and credit cards are processed automatically. Bank-transfer orders are processed within one business day after payment arrives. For a transfer under the General Terms, payment takes effect when Neterra receives the funds, and the customer pays any bank or intermediary fees.
Prepaid Cloud Server and Dedicated Server subscriptions have a 30-day money-back guarantee; service cancellations also qualify for refunds within the first seven days. Resolve that difference with Neterra.Cloud before buying. Under the refund policy, monthly or annual subscription fees qualify when cancellation occurs within 30 days of service delivery. Submit a support ticket: refunds are not automatic. Installation, setup, add-ons, software licences and other additional services are excluded. Refunds return to the original payment method; if unavailable, they become non-transferable account credit.
Yes, unused deposit funds can be requested after cancellation or termination by mutual consent, provided you use no other Neterra cloud services. Send a support ticket through the web-based control panel within 30 days of service or contract termination. The deposit refund is returned by bank transfer or the method used to add the funds, within 30 days of the registered request. A resource downgrade credits the value of the reduced resources for the remaining payment period to your account deposit.
Access is suspended when the paid service period expires without renewal. If the cloud service remains unrenewed for another 14 days, the server and its data are terminated; retention can extend to 30 days when spare resources are available. Account deposits fund subsequent payments automatically when they cover the amount due. If the deposit is smaller than the next payment, you pay the difference. Deposits can be added through the web-based control panel for service fees and upgrades.
For an automatically renewing contract under the General Terms, give written notice of at least one month after renewal. If its billing period is shorter than a month, the notice period equals that billing period. Renewal continues for successive periods matching the service’s billing period. A service with a fixed end date stops at the end of its service period. Early cancellation of a fixed-term contract requires payment of the terminated services’ remaining fees through the contract’s end.
Software rental is a separate prepaid subscription with a one-month reporting period and a minimum subscription of one month. The rental grants use of the licensed software only for the rental period. It is available for cloud servers on Neterra’s platform or physical servers in Neterra data centers, and Neterra performs any required software activation. If the software provider increases its price, Neterra can change the rental price after notifying the customer.
Yes, managed IT services have their own prepaid subscription and included-hours allowance. The minimum service period and billing period are both one month. Once the package’s included hours are exhausted, additional work is charged by the hour. These packages cover initial installation, configuration and technical support for servers and applications, together with round-the-clock monitoring. Package definitions distinguish weekday working hours of 09:00–18:00 from weekends, public holidays and overnight hours in the client’s specified time zone.
