Four Budget Linux VPS plans have annual prices. The SBudgetSSD4G annual price is $40, SBudgetSSD6G is $60, SBudgetSSD8G is $80 and SBudgetSSD16G is $150. A graphical control-panel license is optional and adds $14.95 per month. Network upgrades, private vRack networking and extended backup retention are also optional purchases. Those choices are separate from the yearly server prices, and additional bandwidth, IPv4 addresses or storage are recurring monthly add-ons.
The larger Hot Deals also have annual special prices. The 2 GB KVM VPS costs $35.99 per year, the 4 GB plan costs $59.99, the 6 GB plan costs $89.99 and the 8 GB plan costs $119.99. Each order is provisioned automatically after payment confirmation. Login credentials and the server IP arrive by email within minutes. Datacenter places are limited, and a deployed Hot Deal server cannot be moved to another location.
SolidVPS processes orders and refunds in U.S. dollars. An international refund uses the exchange rate in effect on the refund date, so the converted amount can differ from the original payment. Currency conversion by a payment processor, bank fees and card-network rules can also affect the returned amount. Exchange-rate differences and third-party fees outside SolidVPS’s control remain subject to the protections required by applicable law.
Submit cancellation through the SolidVPS client area or another cancellation method expressly provided by SolidVPS. Cancellation takes effect only after billing-system registration or formal acknowledgement of the request. Charges incurred before that effective date remain payable, including applicable minimum commitments, setup fees and remote-hands charges. Cancellation does not itself create a refund or account credit. Any separately controlled automatic payment instruction also needs to be cancelled where applicable.
Yes, an eligible first qualifying order has a three-calendar-day refund window. The clock starts at the original payment timestamp, and both cancellation and refund requests must reach the client area or support system before it expires. Eligibility depends on the purchased product and policy compliance. Approved refunds ordinarily return to the original payment method where possible. Banks and payment processors control the final posting time, and unrecoverable transaction costs can be excluded.
Renewal charges are non-refundable once processed, unless SolidVPS expressly agrees otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise. The first-order guarantee does not extend to later recurring payments. Early cancellation also does not normally produce a prorated refund of prepaid charges. An approved exception may be reduced by non-refundable third-party costs or payment-processing and reversal costs actually incurred, where legally permitted. A discretionary credit on one occasion does not create entitlement to another.
Dedicated servers, domains, delivered proxies and issued software licenses are excluded. Dedicated-server exclusions include provisioning, upgrades and related add-ons once ordered, allocated or delivered. Domain exclusions cover registrations, renewals, transfers and redemption charges once submitted or incurred. Third-party subscriptions and certificates are excluded once ordered or activated. Setup, installation, migration, administration and remote-hands work are also non-refundable. Consumed bandwidth overages, IP charges, taxes and upstream costs are excluded unless applicable law requires otherwise.
No. Returning after cancellation does not create another first-order guarantee, and neither does ordering an additional service. Opening another account or using a different email address does not reset eligibility. SolidVPS also treats accounts or entities under common ownership, control, management, payment source or beneficial ownership as connected when determining eligibility. An existing customer’s additional purchase therefore cannot qualify merely by being placed through a newly registered account or a different entity under the same control.
Recurring services renew automatically unless the checkout or order provides different terms. Renewal pricing can change with notice or as permitted by applicable law, so the original purchase price is not a permanent rate commitment. Recurring-payment authorization covers service fees, applicable taxes, licenses, usage, overages and other disclosed charges. Payments received are applied first to the oldest outstanding invoice in the billing account, and the authorized payment information must remain current.
A 10% late fee applies on the first overdue day. Services with special pricing or promotional rates are suspended after one day past the invoice due date, and an invoice outstanding for more than three days can lead to termination of promotional services. Regular shared hosting and VPS services are suspended after three overdue days and terminated after five. These deadlines run from the invoice due date, rather than from the date a reminder arrives.
