About TerraMaster & Latest Deals
NAS systems, DAS enclosures and data storage accessories.
Savings opportunities available through TerraMaster coupon codes
TerraMaster discounts can lower the purchase total for NAS systems, DAS enclosures and accessories. The D1 SSD enclosure is $29.99 against a displayed $39.99 reference price, with a 25% reduction. Existing device owners also have an upgrade route: selecting their current TerraMaster device brings up a recommended upgrade path and an exclusive upgrade discount. Email updates cover new arrivals, discounts and promotions. These are separate ways to find a lower hardware price. The offers on this page can be considered alongside the selected product’s displayed reduction and the amount carried into the cart.
Service categories frequently on promotion
TerraMaster’s purchase options cover Home/SOHO NAS, SMB NAS, Enterprise NAS, Home/SOHO DAS and accessories. The product selection determines the amount shown before checkout, with a reduced selling price and a reference price displayed together where a markdown applies. For D1 SSD, the displayed reduction is 25%. The upgrade selector groups existing devices into F2 Series, F4 Series, F5 Series and D Series, then presents a recommended path. Published product prices exclude shipping, sales tax and insurance. These separately calculated amounts affect the total paid for the selected hardware.
Services usually excluded from promo codes
Shipping, sales tax and insurance sit outside TerraMaster’s published product prices. Shipping rates also exclude duties and taxes, and the delivery address determines the shipping quote in the shopping cart. Remote delivery areas can attract additional surcharges, while shipping rates can change. These are separate purchase expenses when assessing the offers on this page against a product markdown. Warranty returns have their own expenses: TerraMaster does not cover shipping, insurance or transportation from the buyer to the company, or import fees, duties and taxes. The return shipment goes to the address TerraMaster provides with freight prepaid.
Impact of billing cycle on promotional price
TerraMaster’s hardware cart presents a product total and an estimated order total. D1 SSD is displayed at $29.99, and taxes, discounts and shipping are calculated at checkout. Pricing and availability can change before an order ships; corrections require the buyer’s approval before TerraMaster completes the changed order. Order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the purchase request. The delivery schedule separates fulfillment from transit: products ship within 48 hours, with transit taking 7-15 business days. Weekends and public holidays pause dispatch, while order complications and back orders can affect when the hardware is shipped.
Promo codes vs. automatically applied offers
The D1 SSD markdown is already reflected in its displayed $29.99 selling price against $39.99. That product reduction is shown before the buyer reaches checkout. Existing users have another promotion route through the upgrade selector, which asks for their current TerraMaster device and presents an exclusive upgrade discount with a recommended path. Email promotions provide another way to discover available reductions. The cart labels its amount as an estimated total and calculates taxes, discounts and shipping at checkout. Product prices and availability remain subject to change, and corrections to an order require buyer approval before completion.
Accessing active codes for TerraMaster
Start with the TerraMaster product selection before continuing to the order summary. D1 SSD has an Add to cart button, and the cart identifies the product, quantity and total. The Order special instructions area sits above the Estimated total, followed by Check out. Taxes, discounts and shipping are calculated at checkout, so the estimated amount is part of the purchase sequence. The shipping quote depends on the delivery address. The offers on this page belong alongside that order calculation, while any correction TerraMaster makes to an order requires the buyer’s approval before the changed order is completed.

TerraMaster Coupon FAQ
TerraMaster’s published product prices exclude shipping and sales tax, and shipping rates exclude duties and taxes. Those charges have separate roles in the purchase calculation, alongside insurance excluded from published prices. The shopping cart quotes actual shipping costs after the delivery address is entered. TerraMaster can change shipping rates and add delivery-area surcharges for remote locations. The cart also states that taxes, discounts and shipping are calculated at checkout, with its earlier amount labelled Estimated total. A reduced product amount is therefore only part of the order calculation. The destination-specific shipping quote is the concrete amount available after the address step.
TerraMaster accepts Visa and MasterCard, with no credit card surcharges. The payment terms name these card methods for purchases through the store. A product reduction changes the merchandise amount, while published prices exclude shipping, sales tax and insurance. The cart describes its total as estimated because taxes, discounts and shipping are calculated at checkout. The actual shipping quote follows entry of the delivery address, and remote areas can carry additional delivery surcharges. Order confirmation acknowledges that TerraMaster has received the purchase request; corrections require the buyer’s approval before completion. The stated card payment terms add no credit card surcharge to that purchase calculation.
TerraMaster does not cover the buyer’s shipping, insurance or transportation expenses for a warranty return. Import fees, duties and taxes are also outside that coverage. Warranty service begins with the regional TerraMaster organization’s return instructions, and the product must travel freight prepaid to the address provided. Proof of purchase from an authorized reseller accompanies the service request. TerraMaster chooses repair or replacement of defective parts during the warranty period, with the covered parts supplied free of charge. That parts remedy and the buyer’s transportation expenses are separate elements of the process. The return address supplied by TerraMaster determines where the prepaid shipment must go.
TerraMaster products ship within 48 hours, followed by 7-15 business days in transit. The fulfillment period and the transit period are separate parts of delivery. Shipping does not take place on weekends or public holidays, and order complications can mean two business days before dispatch. Back-order notifications can arrive before purchase, or after sale when unexpected sales volumes occur. Email confirmations are sent when the order is placed and again at shipment. Tracking begins at the end of the day the order ships or the following morning. The shipment confirmation identifies dispatch, while tracking becomes available according to that separate activation schedule.
Yes, TerraMaster presents an exclusive upgrade discount for existing device users. The upgrade route begins with Find Your Upgrade Path and Select Your Current TerraMaster Device. The selector separates F2 Series, F4 Series, F5 Series and D Series owners, then presents Your Recommended Upgrade Path. That sequence connects the existing device selection to the upgrade promotion. The selected replacement hardware still has its own selling amount, and published prices exclude shipping, sales tax and insurance. Delivery charges depend on the shipping address, with additional surcharges possible for remote areas. Choosing the matching current-device group is the action that determines the recommended upgrade path.
Failure to keep the serial-number label intact voids TerraMaster’s warranty. Warranty exclusions also cover defects from improper or unreasonable use, failure to follow operating instructions, accidents and unauthorized alteration or modification. Damage caused by inadequate packing or shipping procedures is outside the stated coverage. Products bought from unauthorized dealers are excluded, and loss, damage or corruption of stored data is also listed among the exclusions. Failing to register the product does not affect limited warranty rights. Service requires purchase evidence from an authorized reseller and the return process provided by the regional organization. An intact serial-number label preserves the stated warranty condition.
TerraMaster limits the stated warranty protection to the original end-use purchaser or the person receiving the product as a gift. Another person or transferee does not receive that protection under the stated terms. The qualifying product must come from an authorized reseller, arrive new in original packaging and be used in normal conditions. A warranty service request also requires proof of purchase from an authorized TerraMaster reseller. Product registration does not determine these rights: failing to register does not affect the limited warranty protection. The distinction that matters for a gift purchase is the recipient’s status, because the gift recipient is expressly included in the eligible group.
You need proof of purchase from an authorized TerraMaster reseller, plus any return authorization number required for the carton. The warranty covers qualifying defects in manufacturing, materials and workmanship for products delivered new in original packaging and used under normal conditions. Service requires proof of purchase from an authorized TerraMaster reseller. The company chooses whether to repair or replace defective parts, using new or refurbished replacement parts during the warranty period. The return goes freight prepaid to the address TerraMaster provides, with any necessary return authorization number displayed prominently outside the carton. A carton without that number is refused when authorization is required for the return.
Yes, TerraMaster can correct pricing or order details before shipment and requires your approval to complete a changed order. Prices, specifications and availability are subject to change without notice. The automatic confirmation email means the company received the purchase request; it does not establish an offer to sell. Corrections before shipping can concern pricing, descriptions or specifications because of errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or unavailability. TerraMaster notifies the buyer about order corrections and changes, then waits for approval before completing the revised order. Published prices also exclude shipping, sales tax and insurance. Buyer approval is the required step for the corrected purchase to proceed.
The D1 SSD product reduction appears in the selling price before checkout. The enclosure is $29.99 against a $39.99 reference amount, with a 25% reduction before additional order charges. Selecting Add to cart carries the enclosure into the cart, where the order shows the product, its quantity and an estimated total. Taxes, discounts and shipping are calculated at checkout, so that estimate is an intermediate amount in the purchase process. Published prices exclude shipping, sales tax and insurance, and the delivery address determines the shipping quote. The D1 SSD reduction therefore starts with the displayed product amount, while address-dependent charges belong to the order calculation.
