Yes. CenterServ's currency selector includes USD, EUR, GBP and CAD, plus other regional currencies. AUD, HKD, SGD, MXN, BRL and INR are also available selections. Yes, when CenterServ fails to deliver the agreed service. If it was never delivered, payment for that undelivered service is refunded. A setup-fee label does not automatically make that payment nonrefundable. Correctly delivered hosting has no voluntary change-of-mind refund solely because it is unused or no longer needed. Refunds use the original payment method where feasible; account credit cannot replace a required refund. Mandatory rights and express contractual entitlements take priority.
An eligible outage can earn a credit against future service charges. Below the applicable availability commitment, the credit is 5% of the affected monthly recurring fee for each 30 minutes beyond the monthly downtime allowance. Shorter intervals are prorated, and the credit is capped at 100% of that fee. Separately itemized taxes and unrelated services are excluded. Multi-month prepayments are allocated to the affected month, and duplicate compensation for the same loss is avoided where legally permitted.
Request the credit within 30 days after the affected calendar month. Report the incident promptly through support, identify the service and provide available evidence. Claims can use support tickets or support@centerserv.com. The baseline monthly availability commitment is 99%; 99.9% applies when expressly specified for the purchased plan and location. Longer enforceable rights remain available, and a service credit does not replace a refund required by the hosting terms or law.
Renewal prices can change with the required notice and choices under your existing agreement and applicable law. Your accepted order establishes the recurring charges, billing period and currency for the service. Any additional fee needs a disclosed, lawful contractual basis. Billing disputes go to account@centerserv.com, and a good-faith chargeback or payment dispute is not automatically fraud. Revised hosting terms take effect through a legally valid process, including required notice and acceptance.
