The one-month and three-month renewal cycles carry no promotion under this programme. These renewal benefits cover Cloud Server and Cloud Hosting. First registrations use percentage reductions instead, and the standard programme cannot run alongside another promotional programme.
The next listed configuration costs 220,000 VND per month. It includes 1 CPU, 2 GB RAM and a 40 GB root disk; its displayed hourly rate is 504 VND. A configuration with 2 CPUs, 4 GB RAM and an 80 GB root disk costs 440,000 VND per month, with a displayed hourly rate of 1,008 VND. Both entries include a 200 Mb/s network speed in the Cloud Server price table.
CloudFly's previous Mid-Autumn campaign allowed no combination with other offers. Yes, CloudFly has run seasonal offers for existing customers. In the completed Mid-Autumn campaign, Cloud Server renewals received 20% off for six months or 35% off for at least one year. Cloud Hosting renewals received 40% off for terms of at least one year. The campaign covered both new and existing customers and included a vPanel premium package with participating orders. These were campaign-specific renewal discounts, and that sale has ended.
Hourly Cloud Services use a duration multiplier. Usage of up to one hour has a 1.5 multiplier; two to six hours uses 1.3; seven to twelve hours uses 1.2; and thirteen to twenty-four hours uses 1.1. From twenty-five hours, the multiplier is 1.0. CloudFly calculates the charge by multiplying the hourly unit price by the hours used and the applicable multiplier. The resulting usage charge is calculated before VAT.
Yes, a Cloud Server you stop yourself costs 30% of its normal rate. A server automatically stopped because the account has insufficient funds accrues no charges while in that state. Charges resume after you add funds and restart it. Stopped services also have a retention deadline: 10% of the days between creation and suspension, capped at eighteen days. After that retention period, the service and its associated data are permanently deleted and cannot be restored.
Eligible Cloud Server and Load Balancer payments receive a 100% refund when requested within ten days of payment. Requests after ten days but within thirty days receive credit for the unused period in the prepaid account balance, without cash redemption. Refunds for invoices below 100,000 VND also go to account balance. Commission-account top-ups and services cancelled for policy violations are excluded. CloudFly supports bank transfer and MoMo, and its refund arrangements also cover PayPal and OnePay payments. OnePay covers domestic ATM cards and international Visa, Mastercard and JCB cards. MoMo and PayPal refunds have no refund fee. Bank-transfer refunds carry transaction fees; OnePay refunds are made by bank transfer and carry OnePay transaction fees. Service price tables exclude VAT. The Billing section of your CloudFly account provides payment gateways for funding your wallet and a history of deposits and orders.
Yes, new customers can activate a three-day trial after funding the account with at least 20,000 VND. That balance is not deducted during the trial. In my.cloudfly.vn, select the trial option, complete the funding step and select Cloud Server or Cloud Hosting. The server trial permits a maximum configuration of 2 CPUs, 4 GB RAM and 80 GB storage. An account that has already completed the 20,000 VND verification funding does not need another deposit to activate the hosting trial.
CloudFly requires payment within three working days after issuing the invoice. The account receives an email when the invoice is generated. At the payment deadline, an unpaid service is suspended, with notification by phone and email. Customers must pay the full service charges on time. Account contact details must include a complete, accurate name, address, email and phone number, and transfers of account or service ownership require those contact details to be updated in the management system.
