How the Crypto.com referral code works
The Crypto.com referral code is for new accounts. Crypto.com's help article says a new user receives rewards after signing up with the code, passing KYC verification and completing trading milestones. The 30-day reward period starts at KYC approval, not at signup, and rewards are paid within 24 hours after any milestone is completed.
The reward amounts depend on the country tier the account falls into, so check the tier table in Crypto.com's referral article for your country.
Crypto.com referral code and trading fees
On its EEA fees page Crypto.com lists a 0.8% trading fee for buying, selling and exchanging, and up to 4% for debit or credit card purchases. Its EEA home page advertises a zero-fee EUR deposit and notes that other fees and spread may apply.
The milestones count trading volume from buys and sells of crypto; stocks and stablecoins are not included. The rewards are separate from the fee table.
Why a Crypto.com referral code may not work
Only users who use the code to create an account, pass KYC verification and complete trading within the period qualify. The user must not have previously enrolled in the referral programme or another promotional programme, and the phone country and submitted identity document must be from the same country.
The programme is not available in the United Kingdom, South Korea, Uganda and Singapore.
