Your promo code failed because Themeforest (Envato) rarely uses global promo codes. Prices are set by authors. A 'discount' is usually a temporary price drop on the item itself, not a code you type. Checkout codes are virtually non-existent.
No. There is no field for stacking. Since codes are rare to begin with, the concept of stacking is irrelevant. You pay the price listed on the item page. The only 'discount' is buying in bulk credits (pre-paid credit).
No. Envato transactions are final. If you paid via PayPal/Credit Card, the fees are locked. They will not refund the difference if the item goes on sale the next day. Bad timing is your loss.
No. Support extensions are expensive. If you extend support *before* it expires, you get a small discount (approx 30%). If you let it expire, you pay full price to renew. Renew early or not at all.
Strict. You only get a refund if the item is 'broken', 'malfunctioning', or 'not as described'. You do NOT get a refund if you 'bought by mistake' or 'changed your mind'. Authors fight refund requests aggressively.
