Business costs 7,281 RSD per year with a three-year purchase. The two-year rate is 9,007 RSD per year, while a one-year purchase costs 10,921 RSD. The order form lets you select Business and its billing period separately, alongside any domain options you want to buy. You can register a new domain or use one you already own at another registrar. The Business price covers up to six websites and 40 GB of SSD storage within one hosting package.
Business Plus starts at 13,143 RSD per year for three years. A two-year purchase costs 16,737 RSD per year, and the one-year option costs 19,715 RSD. Free SSL certificates and daily backups are included with the hosting package, with backup copies retained for 60 days. Setup and account activation are free in the order summary. Business Plus offers a choice of DirectAdmin or cPanel and covers up to 25 websites within the package price.
No. Registration and renewal have separate prices. A .com registration costs 2,030 RSD and renewal costs 2,538 RSD; .net costs 2,157 RSD to register and 2,697 RSD to renew; .org costs 1,845 RSD to register and 2,307 RSD to renew. Those dinar amounts include VAT. Domain privacy is a separate purchase at 1,134 RSD per domain. Domain registration includes DNS hosting, an email address and a static site. Domain names cannot be reserved before payment.
Shared hosting and streaming purchases can qualify for a discretionary full refund. The request must reach AdriaHost within 30 days of the pro forma invoice being issued. Domain registrations, SSL certificates, dedicated servers and VPS purchases are excluded from refunds. Refund requests go to prodaja@adriahost.rs. For an approved refund of a card payment, the money returns to the cardholderās account through the card payment method.
AdriaHost accepts payment slips, company-account payments, cards, PayPal, Stripe and bank transfer. Bank transfer is available only for payments from abroad. Individuals can pay a payment slip at a post office or bank, while companies can receive a pro forma invoice. Visa, MasterCard and Maestro payments have their transaction commission covered by AdriaHost. PayPal and 2Checkout payments are processed through Adriatek LLC, with ā2CO-Adriatekā or āAdriatek LLCā appearing on the transaction statement.
Automatic card payments can be stopped from your AdriaHost account. Open āAutomatsko plaÄanjeā in the user menu and select āZaustavi automatsko plaÄanjeā. When enabled, automatic payment attempts to collect the full invoice on its due date. If the card has insufficient funds, another attempt follows three days later, then once a week for the next four weeks. An email accompanies every collection attempt, whether it succeeds or fails. Renewal reminders stop when you clearly confirm that you do not want the service renewed.
Yes. An upgrade costs the difference between the two packages, reduced for the period already used. Existing customers can request a change to a larger or smaller hosting package. Upgrade requests can go to prodaja@adriahost.rs or the sales number +381 11 40 44 770. If the original order was entered incorrectly, sales can also correct the order by email or phone. Sales handles order corrections on weekdays and Saturdays from 09:00 to 17:00.
The service must be transferred to the company before it pays. A company cannot pay for a service owned by an individual; the invoice is issued to the service owner. Transferring the service to the new payer is free when arranged before payment. If the pro forma invoice already names the old owner and the new owner pays from their own account, the account transfer costs 1,200 RSD including VAT. A required domain-owner change at the registry adds another 1,200 RSD including VAT.
A .rs domain transfer is free. International domain transfers cost the same as registering the corresponding extension and include a one-year extension. The existing registrar must unlock the domain, and you provide its EPP authorization code to AdriaHost. International transfers cannot take place during the first 60 days after registration or with fewer than 30 days remaining before expiry. Transfers within Serbiaās national domain space have no timing restrictions. An existing domain can also remain with another registrar while you buy AdriaHost hosting.
Yes. Moving to AdriaHost brings a 10% hosting discount and a free migration when the technical requirements are met. The migration covers website files, scripts, databases and email, without interrupting the site. You select the hosting package and send the migration request through the migration form. Work starts after the request arrives. If the technical conditions prevent a free migration, AdriaHost informs you in advance. After a successful move, sales contacts you to issue the pro forma invoice for the selected hosting package.
