myGold costs RM150 per year; myPlatinum costs RM250 per year. Both belong to NetKL's For Beginners range, and neither includes a free main .com domain. myGold permits five addon domains, while myPlatinum permits ten, so buying a separate hosting account is not necessary for every additional domain within those quotas. Both plans include unlimited email accounts and the Softaculous Auto-Installer in the hosting price.
Renewal during the redemption period costs RM750. An expired domain first has a 29-day grace period, during which its website and email stop working. After that window, redemption requires additional paperwork as well as the fee. A registrar can suspend the domain one day before its displayed expiry date. NetKL recommends renewing at least two days early; renewing after suspension requires around 24–72 hours for DNS propagation before the associated services work again.
Software licences and weekly backup cost extra. The NVMe VPS 160 GB plan starts at RM500 per month, and NVMe VPS 320 GB starts at RM1000 per month; both include free setup and migration. cPanel, LiteSpeed, Softaculous, Imunify360 and Weekly Backup sit outside those advertised prices. These options are added at the client's request, so the paid software and backup selection determines which additional charges enter the VPS order.
No. Domain registration is separate from both Blogger custom-domain packages. The version without email has a one-time RM50 setup fee and requires an existing Blogger website; no hosting purchase is needed for that setup. The version with email costs RM250 per year for hosting and includes 20 GB of email storage. A newly purchased domain adds its own price, while a domain you already own does not require another domain purchase for setup.
Yes. Webdesigners who regularly run classes or seminars can request a special promo code giving their participants 10% off hosting. This offer belongs to NetKL's Partner Program for Webdesigners, which serves people arranging hosting and domains for clients or students. The organiser requests the participant offer through NetKL, with a custom spelling for the promotion. Hosting and domain purchases made for clients have separate webdesigner terms, with four purchasing arrangements available.
Payments are non-refundable unless a promised service has not been delivered. Advance payments on accounts deactivated for policy violations also lose refund eligibility. For a purchase dispute, NetKL provides a Billing & Payment ticket department and monitors support@netkl.com around the clock. Keep the ticket open until staff respond. The contact process sends a ticket number within 5–15 minutes, and urgent tickets receive attention before Facebook Messenger messages.
NetKL accepts bank transfers, DuitNow QR, Billplz and credit or debit cards. Bank payment can be an online transfer, ATM transfer or cash deposit. DuitNow QR works with participating banks and e-wallets. For a direct transfer, the recipient reference should contain your invoice number or domain name. After paying, send the payment details and slip to sales@netkl.com or submit a ticket so the payment can be matched to the purchase.
Select Billplz from the invoice's payment-method menu. In the Client Area, open Invoices, select the invoice number or its Unpaid button, and choose Billplz under Choose Payment Method. Select Pay Now, then choose the bank you want to use for the transaction. An automatic receipt can arrive after payment, but staff still update activation or renewal manually. NetKL provides +603 4813 7128 for urgent payment follow-up.
Leave the invoice unpaid if you want to cancel the order or discontinue the subscription. NetKL emails an invoice after an order and may send payment reminders when payment has not arrived within seven days. Services attached to unpaid invoices terminate automatically. For domain renewals, unpaid invoices are cancelled automatically when renewal reminders are ignored. Hosting left unrenewed for 29 days after expiry is removed from the server.
The purchase must be new hosting with a new domain. Using a domain bought previously makes the order ineligible for the free-domain entitlement, even when the hosting purchase itself is new. An eligible order receives one free main domain. That domain remains free each year while the associated hosting is renewed with NetKL. The promotion can be revised or stopped in future, including when worldwide domain prices increase.
