A hosting price increase can take effect after your prepaid period ends, but cannot raise the bill midway through that period. Advertised hosting prices, package prices and plan resource allocations can change. Namhost generally increases package sizes and bandwidth each year, while the coupon reduction remains attached to the original purchase.
Six, twelve and twenty-four months all reduce the Advanced Package rate. Monthly billing costs R 122; the longer options cost R 610, R 1,220 and R 2,440 respectively. Each prepaid option carries a 17% saving. Twenty-four months requires a larger upfront payment without a bigger percentage reduction. The Billing Period menu lets you select the term while configuring the DirectAdmin Advanced Package, alongside the domain and optional add-ons.
Namhost reserves discounts for first-time accounts or first-time customers. A domain used for a previous signup cannot be signed up again later with another coupon. Reopening hosting for that same domain does not create fresh eligibility. Accounts that break these coupon rules can be reviewed by the sales department, with the appropriate invoices added to the account. Coupon misuse can also lead to account suspension or termination.
Yes, with a new domain purchase or an existing domain transfer to Namhost. The FREE Shared Hosting Package is available on DirectAdmin Linux and Plesk .NET Windows. It includes 50 MB of storage and 1,000 MB of monthly bandwidth. Reaching either limit does not oblige you to buy an upgrade: additional files or data transfers stop at the relevant limit. The Lite Package and larger paid packages are available when you need more capacity.
Move an eligible shared or reseller hosting account while your previous hosting term still has time remaining. YourMove provides equivalent free hosting for that remaining time, up to one year. You must buy at least the first month, provide proof of the previous hosting expiry date and request YourMove through a support ticket within fourteen days of signing up. Namhost adjusts the next due date after the first invoice is paid. VPS, dedicated servers and domain registrations are excluded.
The 14-day money-back guarantee covers eligible first-package purchases on billing accounts less than forty-five days old. Dedicated servers, administrative fees, custom-software installation fees and domain purchases are excluded. To request it, open Client Area, select Hosting, then Cancel Hosting and complete the cancellation form. For an eligible order, that form supplies the remaining refund steps. Yes, after payment has been received and processed successfully. Before payment, Namhost issues a Pro Forma Invoice showing the services, amount due, payment deadline and expected charges. That document supports payment arrangements and internal approval, but is not proof of payment. The subsequent Tax Invoice Receipt confirms the completed transaction and provides the tax-compliant record for accounting and reconciliation. The receipt is generated and sent after the Pro Forma Invoice has been paid.
